This is Parveen Gautam, having a reliance GSM Prepaid connection 9569328935 in Chandigarh..... i activated a pack of Rs. 25 on 22nd of December 2009 for 15,000 free SMS for 1 Month. The service worked properly for 2 days but after 2 days i was unable to send the SMS. i made a complaint in customer care and they said there is a problem in network and it will be solved till 1 day. after 1 day the problem. has been solved out and i was able to send the SMS again.. But now again after 1st of January 2010 there is a problem in sending the SMS. After complaint in Customer Care there is no any solution of the problem exist in the connection... Sometimes for a little time the problem get solved but again after few times it occurs again and there is no any proper solution they made for the problem till 7th of January 2010. Also the behavior of the customer care executives is not so good on the complaint.
