I Am Rishi Agarwal Having Idea Prepaid Conection No. 9756907654 From long time
My Mobile Balance as automatically deduction 4-5 time Per day
I have Call Customer care 6-7 times but Customer care Executive Don't co-opretive with me ? why
I have Current recharge of rs.115/- dated 29-11-2011.the same day auto rs.62/- deduction of my balance account with out reason
I have face the problem more than 5 to 6 month they were deduction amount from my account
So please it my kind request that please consider my complaint against IDEA for hasassment they are doing with me.And refund my Deduction amount of my balance.

I am nabeel muheet.
In evening one messge comes to my cell("Dear Subscriber, Rs 25 Has been
deducted from your pre paid account for education word monthly pack).
After that I call to idea care. The executive said that there was a call
today at 7:00 pm and you have pressed some option so your balance is
deducted. I told the executive that there was not such call and request him
to return my money but he said it is not possible.
i have face this problem more than time. they were diduct amount from
my account.
So it is my kind request that please consider my compaint against IDEA for
the harrasment they are doing with me.

My Idea prepaid mobile nr. is 90921 05277

Whenever I recharge mostly Rs.50/- pack, Idea used to deduct Rs.10/- for Miss you pack
and Rs. 5/- every day for some others without my consent.

For instance on 08.12.2011, I have recharged Rs.50/- and rs.47 credited to me.
Immediately on the same day, they deducted Rs.10/- saying "thanks for renewing
Miss you pack " which i did not renewed. Further on 09.12.2011 and 11.12.2011
Rs.5/- each deducted from my account .

Sir, I request Idea Cellular to deactivate such services which I did not opted and
canel unauthorised deductions from my account and to recredit the same.

Last but not least, Idea Customer Care did not care my enquiries whenever I try
to call them. I got repeated reply saying that all our Executives are busy try after some
time.

I never expect such service from a reputed Birla Group


So it is my kind request that please consider my compaint against IDEA for
the harrasment I am afcing from Idea.

sir my idea no. is.8745842592.and a balance of rs45 has been deducted from this no.i m very upset due to this big deduction.if i will not be given my deducted balance i will never use idea sim.i will break it.so please take a suitable action .and return my deducted balance which was deducted uselessly.there no any notification i got.

I am an Idea user my number is "9689155433" . My money got automatically deducted so i called idea customer care and they said u have activated two addon services and due to which it get deducted but i never activated it and if think i activated then why didn't i get any message like they said i activated "Cricket Update " service then i should get message of it but i didn't . I told them all but they arennot doing any thing on it .Please do something i am getting exhausted with all of this...

I requested for GPRS 98 monthly plan on yesterdays night. The plan has activated to my no. But Idea co. has deducted my balance two times. it means they deduct my 98 Rs. extra. And when i called them back, they said that the co. cant do something in this situation. Sir please help me.

I made a call on Toll free Number 18602665555 after that i was shocked that it has been balance Deduction on calling on toll free Number. Plz do the needful & arrange these balance into my account.
