Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that undersigned had recharged Rs. 2008.00 to avail TATA to TATA unlimited free talk time offer for consecutive five & half years i.e up to 14th June 2013.

Regret to observe that suddenly from 1st December 2009 onward the same has been withdrawn without any intimation although I was entitled to enjoy the said benefit till 14th June 2013. The same was addressed to Nodal Officer, Tata telecom services on 05-01-10. With reference to the above one customer care executive had talk over telephone to me dated 02-01-10 who whimsically replied. Undersigned is not in a position to continue argue with customer care executive hence I requested to send me written documents which they disagrees.

Under the above circumstances I would like to pray before the Ld. Court to find out the reason of such malpractices & cheating habits to the customer. Hope you will be kind enough to extend your help & oblige.
