    Default Complaint against idea cellular

    I am idea karnataka customer with mobile no.9743376070

    i had recharged my account under full talktime scheme (140rs) which had a validity of 20 days. When i recharged i was not told that it was only for local usage and the amount cannot be used while roaming.

    I am currently in hyderabad(roaming location) and i have 98rs balance in my account and i will not be able to use this balance amount because i will be here for one month and the validity of this balance amount will lapse on
    9-1-2010.

    I called the costumer care and i have the full recording of the conversation.
    I have the proof of the ccr telling me that they dont inform the customers regarding the conditions of that offer.

    I want to file a complaint against the company for the cheating they have done and the money what i will be loosing and also the hardships i faced on 31-12-2009.
    I was not able to call or receive calls on 31-12-2009 morning and have lost money on a few business transactions i was not able to make.

    I have all the proofs in recording as well as the sms i received which nowhere states that the amount is valid only for local usage.

    Default complaint against idea cellular customer care for confusing all time the customers.

    I am idea Indore Madhya Pradesh customer with mobile no.9826072161

    i have postpaid no. and i had Call to customer care for deactivate my sms pack of rs. 96/- but the executive was told to sending the sms to customer care for deactivation and i will follow but not deactivated and i will again call to customer care the executive will told to awritten an application and fax to their no. for deactivating sms pack but still not deactivated my sms pack.

    I will again call to customer care the executive was not replying and he says he can't receive any application through fax or any sms received.



    I want to file a complaint against the company for the not responding and not deactivating my sms pack or cheating they have done and the money what i will be included in my next months bill loosing and also the hardships i faced on from 04-01-2010 to 11-01-2010.

    I have the written application and fax send delivery report.

    Default Balance gets cut on its own

    My name is Sowmya Shree and my number is 9891702605.

    I had a balance of Rs.80 on 24th jan'10, free messeges and 1p/sec plan activates on my number.

    The very next day I get to know tht my bal is Rs. 0.38, with all the free messeges gone and the 1p/sec plan deactivated. I hadnt made any calls or anything.

    The customer service people have no report og my number since 11 jan. The way they talk to customers is just disgusting.

    I want an explantion for all these

    dear sir ,
    From last 7 days i m recieving abusive sms from mobile num 9812581219,,,i m really upaet as inspite of mine request the person is regularly teasing me,,i m not interested to go to police,,plz help me out

    Default complain against mobile number 7698020195 for eve teasing n abusive sms.

    dear sir ,
    From last few days i m recieving abusive sms from mobile number 7698020195,,,i m really upset as inspite of mine request the person is regularly teasing me,,i m not interested to go to police,,plz help me out

    Thumbs down Refund for deduction of unwanted services

    I had registered a complaint on 10-10-11 for an unwanted services on my cell no. 9891867950 in delhi which had resulted deduction of INR 30.00 each month till 10-10-11. It was unnoticed services activated by IDEA. On 10-10-11 we had called customer care & asked to deactivate such useless unwanted servicess causing INR 30.00 deduction each month which we had never activated & never used this service. During this call we had specifically asked that please confirm no other such useless unwanted service is still active as on 10-10-11 & the reply on phone from IDEA customer care was that there are no more unwanted services are now activated.
    Today again we noticed another INR 30.00 got deducted from balance for unwanted service of Music tones of IDEA. We called customer care & asked again to deactivate immediately. The complaint no. is 1-19392558737 registered on 6-11-11. This is rediculous that though it was ensured from IDEA customer care on 10-10-11 as mentioned above that no more unwanted services are active on my cell no. still this issue got repeated now & noticed today.
    I want to file a compalint of this unfriendly services from IDEA customer care for cheating.
    I strongly demand for a refund of INR 30.00 charged till date for this Music tone service since it got deactivated without our notice.

    Default Complaint against idea cellular ltd.

    Sir,
    My idea kerala circle number is 9847893225. On october 4 i had recharged my phone for rs.147 via easy recharge. But only 127 is credited till date. I had contacted the customer care. But no positive reply. Please help me to recover that. One of the supervisor of the customer care says that on that date my number is not eligible for that offer.

    Despite following up with the Customer care for a month or over, I did not receive any solution. After that I have lodged a formal complaint to COO, Idea cellular on 16.11.2011 and still no response. Even the complaint was posted in Idea Cellular Facebook page, but no one is listening.

    Dear Sir,

    Subject : Applied for Number Portability – Payment Made but no Service no Refund

    It is more than 2 months since I am making representations after representations through email to Customer Care, but of no avail. Finally I had decided to bring the entire episode to your notice, so that you can feel the plight of a person who is also working in a service industry – A Nationalised Bank.

    I am submitting the communications made by me to resolve the issue in a chronological order, so that you can understand how much time and money I have wasted through such efforts.

    It is noteworthy to mention that the person (Name – Raghavendra -9146473780), who came to me for filling up the application form and take the amount of Rs.418/- by way of Cheque was a representative from M/s Edex Display Mart and had given the SIM card to me, which is still with me. I do not know who has taken the money, either Edex Display or Idea Cellular, which was debited to my account on 01.10.2011 vide my cheque no. 950425, after a period of almost 10 days of taking the cheque from me.

    When the matter was not done, I contacted Mr. Raghavendra who has given me the reference of Mr. Marathe and Mr. Pankaj Sharma, both of whom are supposed to be in Idea Cellular Ltd.

    I request you to please go through the series of communications enclosed and see how your Customer Care people are really caring?

    I would be highly obliged if you can arrange for the refund of my money Rs.418/- which has been taken by your people unauthorisedly without providing me the service. This amounts to gross deficiency of service to me.

    If, my grievance cannot be resolved by a Chief Operating Officer of Aditya Birla Group of Companies, then I will definitely presume that you also do not care for your customers and you as the one of the Top Executives of the company have no power to resolve an issue which is dangling for 2 months.

    If I get no response from your side within 7 days, I am sending the entire correspondence to Mr. Aditya Birla and will be pleased to wait for his reaction to it too.

    I am sorry for writing harsh words in this communication, which may please be pardoned.

    Default complaint against random reduction in balance

    i am using idea gsm, my no. is 9911235096(delhi NCR)
    i had recharged my sms pack(Rs.91) on 20th november2011 and recharged my account balance with Rs.100 on 26th november at 8:52 pm
    after that i made no calls, just a few sms and that too with sms pack, but as i checked my balance at 111:52pm on same day i.e.26th november2011 it was showing Rs.0.616
    so will u explain how the hell did this happen, does idea cut charges haphazardly....
    i want full refund of my money/the recharge balance

    I am/was subscriber of Idea prepaid service. On 14th No.2011, I approached Idea show room at R S Towers Hall Bazar, Amritsar to recharge for Rs.350/- as I was going to Delhi for some business tour. The lady on the counter suggested that I should change my scheme to post and she suggested few schemes and I agreed on one of the scheme with Rs.125/- per month rent and 10000 seconds free every months. I completed all the documentation formalities with the counter girl. I told her that since I am going to Delhi, my phone should not be withheld due to change of scheme. She assured that my mobile will not be disrupted.I moved to Delhi on 16th Nov,2011 by early morning Shatabdi Exp.On the way I received a call from a person that he is going to check the residential proof. I told him that I am on way to Delhi and there is no body in the house except our maid servant. He visited my residence and was told that I will be available on Sunday. In the meantime when I was in Delhi my phone was withheld. when I came back from Delhi on 19th Nov,2011, my phone was got connection restored . I could not not complete my business tour due to my phone disruption. I incurred a loss of about Rs.145000/- due to this not working of my mobile No. at Delhi. On 21st Nov again a boy came to my residence to confirm my residence, I told him that you are the right place, but due to his non confirmation of my address. As I was annoyed with Idea service while I was in Delhi, I told him that he could have confirmed my address from the neighbor houses, but he could not give a satisfactory reply. In turn he gave negative comments on the verification form. Again I went to Hall Bazaar Idea showroom on 22nd Nov, 2011 and I was told told that again she will send the person for address verification, but after this my mobile number is discontinued by the Idea. Again I visited Idea showroom at Hall Bazaar and told that my phone number services are withdrawn without any of my fault. They assured that my mobile services will be restored within a day after address verification.Today 26th Nov, 2011 I received a massage that ]'your communication ID 193837900 has been registered and will be serviced shortly and allow us time till 29-11-2011 17:00'

    Can I ask, why such delay is there in restoration of my phone services, who is responsible for the losses incurred to me due non disruption of phone services while in Delhi and Amritsar, where as I have sufficient prepaid balance in my mobile account.Why a legal action should not be taken against you through Consumer Forum for the losses happened to me.

    Default Idea not changing my plan

    Dear Sir,
    I am a customer who approached Marikar IDEA showroom at Trivandrum with an intention of taking an unlimited 2G connection. But the executive there Mrs.Kanchana and Mr.Rejith very much asked me to take a 3G connection, which I was not interested. But at last I accepted to take a 3G connection on one condition that if I was not satisfied with the 3G connection my plan will be changed to unlimited 2G connection after two bills. After two bills I approached the showroom and placed an application. But I was told in the evening that a plan change from 3G connection to 2G connection is not possible. This is not a fair deal from the part of the showroom. So please find a solution for my problem at the earliest.
