It has not been a few days Since I bought a new Sim 7709019532
It had been sold to me on Wednesday by a promotional offer by a salesman named " Hemant " his contact details 90966855322 After all the nonsense of waiting for the Sim to work on monday We had enough patience but the level of frustruation increases when neither YOUR customer Care Nor YOUR salesman are ready to respond . Is this how AIRTEL treats the customers ? But of course still the customer awaits for your response in some hope but we always forget that airtel is just a name there is no responsibility behind them
To add to this situation are the constant lies & excuses given by the customer care & the so called authorised salesman leading to the mental torture , to let you know for this Sim of yours I bought new cell phone which did cost me a few grands
Please give us a solution to our problems as now the sim is supposed to be invalid
A solution is needed as soon as possible
