    Default Complaint against Airtel (Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited)

    I am Deepak M Begur from Bangalore Karnataka, I was
    using a Post paid connection from Airtel Mobile No
    9845157202 with Subscriber Code No. 105-100611485 from
    October 2004. Till September 2005 all bills were paid
    in time. In the month of September I took an Add on
    card to the same Subscriber Code No. 105-100611485
    with mobile no 9880845372.

    In the month of November 2005 I had sent an request to
    cancel both my number’s (you can find the attachment
    below)

    After this they said there was an outstanding due of
    Rs 5142 (from both numbers) please clear that and we
    will cancel the account’s WHICH THEY NEVER DID
    I am sending you the latest account status captured on
    5th Feb 2006 from my computer of my account from my
    Airtel web site which shows my account status is still
    active marked in Red (copy attached)

    Later there was an outstanding due of Rs 5142 every
    day there was a guy from airtel coming to my door step
    asking for money I told them very clearly that I need
    some time to pay the bill also They were coming in
    afternoon’s when there were only Ladies at home and
    speak to them in very Abusive Language as if we had
    taken their father’s connection.

    To stop this nuisance I gave a cheque from ICICI back
    no 717581 though I was Very sure that there was no
    money in the bank. Just to buy some time from them
    (Receipt Attached)

    The Cheque was bounced and they sent a court notice no
    RAPD\UCP on 4th of Jan 2006 (Copy Attached) earlier to
    this I had made a payment of Rs 1000 Receipt no
    105-02327722 on 2nd Jan 2006 (Copy attached) .

    In the notice it is clearly mentioned that if I don’t
    make the payment of the entire Amount with in 15 days
    of receipt of the notice I am supposed to pay the
    entire sum @24% P.A and In addition I am liable to pay
    the charges of the notice i.e. Rs 500/-.

    But on 19th Jan 2005 the entire amount was cleared by
    payment of Rs 4350 Receipt No 105-02409936 (Copy
    Attached)
    That will be bill due of Rs 5337.90 according a Bill
    dated 12th Jan 2006 sent to me by Airtel (Copy
    Attached) Where it shows I need to make the payment of
    Rs 5680.46 Now every day A Executive is calling and
    asking me to make the payment of Rs 1342.56 Which am
    telling them I am not going to make any payment in
    further….
    Also they still not returned my Bounced Cheque.

    Now as on latest they have sent a new bill for mobile
    no 9880845372 Bill no 452789927 Dated 12-Feb-2006 for
    Rs 1663.50 (Bill Attached)

    Thumbs down Unbearable Treatment from the airtel Company

    It has not been a few days Since I bought a new Sim 7709019532
    It had been sold to me on Wednesday by a promotional offer by a salesman named " Hemant " his contact details 90966855322 After all the nonsense of waiting for the Sim to work on monday We had enough patience but the level of frustruation increases when neither YOUR customer Care Nor YOUR salesman are ready to respond . Is this how AIRTEL treats the customers ? But of course still the customer awaits for your response in some hope but we always forget that airtel is just a name there is no responsibility behind them
    To add to this situation are the constant lies & excuses given by the customer care & the so called authorised salesman leading to the mental torture , to let you know for this Sim of yours I bought new cell phone which did cost me a few grands
    Please give us a solution to our problems as now the sim is supposed to be invalid
    A solution is needed as soon as possible

    Angry I was charged 1.50 for movie & Life style alert Since I have never activated this ser

    Back when I was in college it was fashion to own airtel.not now!my ugly experiences with airtel started after 1year of purchase.balance was deducted for unheard apps and services.i have no records of 10s,20s,30s,50s gone.finally in frustration I switched to other networks.recently I switched back for contacting old friends and it started.i cautiously maintained low balance.but this time they cut 10rs.i complained.1st time they told ive activated a unknown.2nd time they were giving useless info.i asked for zone officer no.so call was transferred to senior executive who told balance was deducted for various calls.all unheard numbers.In bsnl land lines wires can be inserted to make fraud calls in olden days.i dont know about airtel.now also airtel geeks will give answers.cheats!all my friends have switched over from airtel!contact-karthik081287@gmail.com.9791395598

    Arrow service deactivated as i have recharge for lifetime

    Mobile Service Providers airtel Complaints - service stop

    Company Name : airtel - I have mobile no 9892040613 , and 9892245099 this both mobile were recharged with lifetime activation lapu recharge worth rs 999 on 24/12/2005 now the service of both mobile has been stop when i have recharge for lifetime already ,when i complaint they told me again recharge lifetime with 45 rs this is not fair already i have recharge lifetime schem on 24/12/2005 kindly solve this issue and activate both my no as i went in airtel gallery on 24 th 5 2011 they took complaint but did not give me request no as they said we have email to our head office,
    and other thing they are activating lots of thing in my prepaid mobile and deduct money and when i complain to deactivate service and give money back they are not respondig and say this service must be activated by you so we can't refund money this is very bad of such a good company
