    Default complaint against Vodafone

    Hi

    My name is Ankita Saini mobile number : 9888135160 (pre-paid).

    Vodafone activated voice chat without any request from our side about three/four months ago and has been deducting 30 rs per month. I was out of station and was not aware of this thing. My father was using my number. I returned home day before yesterday and my father told me about it. I called at 111 to confirm but there was no option to talk with customer care.

    I am really disturbed with their service, when we did not request for voice chat why did they activated without our permission and the number is pre paid so balance has reduced to -16 (negative balance). I don't have any bill number or anything other than message from Vodafone, to show here because number id prepaid. Please let me know if I can provide as a proof.

    I request to the consumer court to take action against Vodafone and ask them to reimburse our balance which have been deducted for months due to activation of Voice chat without any request from my side.

    Please take action and revert back asap.

    Post complaint against vodafone regarding my bill

    My name is madhu sudhan and i'm using vodafone 9888031741 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting@@@@@@@@@@@@@@98880 31741@@@@@@end_of_the_skype_highlighting begin_of_the_skype_highlighting@@@@@@@@@@@@@@98880 31741@@@@@@end_of_the_skype_highlighting(postpaid) from 3 to 4 year but the problem is i'm having two FNF no. on which special tariff is given i.e.0.5 per mintue and it is charged 25 rupee per no.as a rent but from past two month it is charged as a normal no. as a result of which my outstanding balance is 3240 and a no. is suspended i'm continuously,talking to Vodafone's executives and visited local vodafone store in gurdaspur also...it always says that wavier will be granted to you shortly or within two to three days but all in vain.
    I am really disturbed with the service, as my number is suspended by the company.
    I request to the consumer court to take action against Vodafone.my contact number is 9888036675.

    mci alert service have been activated to my phone ,no is 9780155755.n dis is not 1st time,i ve not registered foe it neither do i sent any request for it.money was deducted today itself.i m fed up from activation of dis service after 3,4 months without any of my request... i m gonna change my connection if i don't get money back dis time.........please pay attention to it

    I am Naman Jain and mobile no 09813828089 which is purchased five years ago.but in the month of december 2009 the number is deactivated while i had recharge for Rs 99 for five year validity in the Month of October.I had contact in Vodofone store and contact many times to customer care but their is no positive response.
    So,I am requested you please take action against against them and activate my number.

    Thanks for writing in and sharing your concern with us. Your number had been deactivated as the phone had not been recharged with the minimum recharge amount for a period of 6 months. To avoid disconnection of a phone, kindly ensure that you recharge at a minimum Rs. 200 every six months.     Angry Vodafone postpaid

    My name is Lal Bahadur. I had been using vodafone prepaid connection from year 2006. I got it converted to postpaid in year 2007. Now I want to make my no. again into prepaid, but Vodafone customer care execs. tell that this is not possible. If vodafone can convert prepaid to postpaid within minutes of time, then why the reverse is not possible. Airtel is doing this then why not vodafone? My Vodafone no. is 9986827372. Karnataka region.

    Thumbs down Vodafone is harassing my family

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing this email with utter disgust and disappointment. Vodafone has stood up to his name as being the least customer friendly company which harasses its customers very often.
    I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone (previously hutch) for almost 6 years. I did face few problems in those 6 years but it was still manageable.

    I had written an email on 22nd January 2010 requesting to keep my number 9886673428 in safe custody.
    I am not sure if this is the state of customer service in Vodafone but even after 8 painful months the number is still not kept in safe custody . My sister has already paid 1300rs in January in regards to my request.
    My family (sister and mother) have been constantly harassed by the Vodafone folks calling at any time they want and any number of times for the past 8 months asking them to pay the rent for the 8 months. Even after my sister explained the issue to your mindless, arrogant, useless call center folks, my vodafone connection number still lies unattended. The request is pending from January.

    Are you guys mad? or do you always act like this? or do you lack business acumen?
    I am going take some stern action against vodafone and the folks who have been calling my family asking them to pay the money.
    I am requesting for the last time to solve this issue , or else return the Rs.1300 paid towards the request. Four of my immediate family members are using Vodafone and I am gonna close those connections as well.
    I am not going to pay a single penny extra. I have already paid 1300rs in January and If you guys are not going to keep the number in safe custody, then I want my money back.
    This issue has not only affected my relationship with vodafone but has affected my relationship with my family. This is something very serious and I wont let you guys get away with it.

    Hope you guys understand my problem Please solve the issue ASAP.

    Waiting for a positive reply.
    Please take care of other customers and dont harass them like you have done with my family.

    Default Complaint against vodafone

    Respected sir,
    my name is primith. My mobile number is 9986802804. Sir i have been a vodafone customer from last 1 year or so. I started availing the service of gprs on my mobile. I had availed the offer of rs 4 through which i can enjoy 40 mb free browsing and downloading. During the day i got a flash message from vodafone which showcased free download of a song. As i had availed rs 4 offer i wanted to download the song as i had not used it much. No song is bigger than 5 to 6 mb. And i can browse n download upto 40 mb. This provoked me to avail that download. But nothing was downloaded as there was a packet data error. But initially i found that they have charged rs 15 from my account. I complained this to vodafone care n they said i was availing the offer and ll check what went wrong. Later they got me the information that it was not a free download. Now where is the point of having that offer of rs 4. The message clearly contained it was a free download and that provoked me to avail it. When i asked the supervisor of vodafone he said that the download was not free and it charged me for the content. There was no such information on the message that it ll charge me. I asked him the difference between download and content but he had no answer and asked me to hold for a second later he got me the information. Sir m just being a vodafone customer how ll i know what is the difference between a content and download when the supervisor himself had a doubt on it. This is the biggest blunder that i have seen and have been involved in. Pls suggest how can i get the redressal. I have the message which says thank u for downloading and the link wit that. But as the offer was a flash i dont have that wit me.

    Default Fraud in the name of 4 Rs. bonus card

    Hi,
    I have been a loyal customer of vodafone since last 2-3 years though they have disappointed me to the limit for more than 2 times. Even after suffering so much when i shifted to aurangabad for my job, i insisted on getting a vodafone number although it was a lot of pain getting one, due to myself not being a permanent resident of auranagabad. But still somehow I managed local address proof from my friend & took half-day from my office to visit the vodafone store to get a number which none of my other colleagues who joined in with me could get even with umpteen number of attempts. But, again I have been utterly disappointed by them. On sunday 12th Sept., I thought of trying the 4 Rs. bonus card of vodafone for internet surfing(30 MB), I activated the bonus card, 4 rs .were deducted instantly & message was displayed instantly that the pack had been activated, so i started using the net but after some time I saw 37 rs. being deducted from my account. I called d customer care & the executive told me that the balance had been accidentally deducted from my account & would be refunded by 15th sept. & also gave me a complaint number 1005756092. Then i asked him if i can use the internet now, he said yes & now balance would not be deducted. But again 15 rs. were deducted from my balance. I called d customer care again, now they had a different story to tell. They said that i visited 'www' sites while only 'wap' sites are allowed in that, first of all that is nowhere mentioned in the bonus card activation process & i could not even find it on the website. Then i asked him about the previous executive's response about this & asked 2 check fr my previous complaint. Then he said that complaint is nt updated in their system & i need to call back after 24 hrs. The bonus card is valid for 24 hrs, if we spend 10-12 hrs facing this problem & then wait for 24 hrs for getting a problem resolved, when do we use this service. In other case also, if that was the case atleast if the previous executive had told me that at the first place, i would have never used it further & saved 15 rs. All this resulted in loss of all my 52 rs. balance in my phone in between the night & left me with no balance to call back my family & I was really frustrated with that.

    Now please help me out, anyways i will not use vodaofne now never ever again in my life.
