    whenever I tried to recharge online fron vodafone site they always show- sorry unable to recharge, ur no is not in selected region .
    plz guide me how can I recharge my account.......

    Default chrged for using internet even after activating dialy bonus pack

    hi
    my name is neeraj chopra and my mobile no is 9988013736 (prepaid). i activated daily bonus pack of 40mb internet for 4 rs.but i am still being charged for using internet although they deduced amount and sent message confirming activation.i havenot used inetrnet for more than 3 mb as shown by my phone log.as i am using prepaid no. there is no service to get bill or record of deductions made to my no.your cutomercare keeps making stories or they simply hangup the call.please give me atleast a valid reason for these charges.please take action and revert back asap.

    Default Complaint against deactivation

    Hi

    I am Payal.I have been with Vodafone from last 5 years. I wanted to disconnect my connection & had wriiten to the corporate team regarding the same.

    Unfortunately, they directed me to the store. When I went to the store, they said since its a corporate connection they will not be able to at the store. I finally stopped using the connection. The account went into collection & i got a call from the legal team for the payment.

    I told him to disconnect the number, he informed as soon as i Pay it would be disconnected. I paid the same evening....thought its done.

    One day i switched on my cell phone, & found the number to be active again. I wrote to the corporate team & was asked to pay one month's rent & then woukd be disconnected. I have given my other number & asked to call but no use...no one bother to call but i have a bil. The guy from legal team said it would be discoonecte but was not done.....


    I just fedup with this kind of service & would like to logde a case in the consumer forum.

    I was also suffering from this problem, I have call again and again to customer care but i am very disappointed there is no activity from that side. Can any one suggest me that we sholud have to complaint consumer consumer-voice.org/ because one of my friend is suggest me to register online compliant to consumer voice.
