I own a prepaid connection of Idea . my no. is 9891529889. from last one week I noticed my balance is reducing very fast although I was not using the phone that much.
Suddenly on the night of 22nd dec I was not allowed to call any number & then I discovered that my balance is exhausted. As I wanted to make an urgent call I got it recharged by Rs.100/- on the next morning and got talk value of Rs.89/-.
I made a local call and by the evening I found that my balance is only Rs.3/-
I immidiately called the customer care & was told that the deduction is taking place since 17th Dec.2009 on account of MMS. I told them that I dont know how to make MMS & I have not used it please find the error and get me the details.
I was told that they cant help me.
In the evening at 5.00pm on 25th dec.2009 I again called the customer care & my call was attended by Mr.Hemant, who very kindly assured me that he will trace this debit & if it is wrong deduction they will give me the credit back.He told me to call after 4 hours. I again called at 9.30pm and the executive refused to give the call to Mr.Hemant and also told me that he cant help me.
Again in the morning I called customer care at 8 am and talked to Parul. She told me that she will look into it and call me back.
Iwaited till 2.00pm and then called again.This time the executive neither told me his name and also misbehaved telling me that he cant help me.
I am held up with the phone and not able to charge anymore coz the amount will automatically be lost.
PLEASE HELP ME AT THE EARLIEST. I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANYCALL IN THE ABSENCE OF AMOUNT IN MY PHONE.
