    Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: complaint regarding disconnect mobile connection- 9999643911

I am completing against Vodafone, because they have disconnect my Vodafone mobile connection without any region.
    Complete details are below:
I was waked up on 24th December, 2009 at 8 AM and I was trying to call to my friend on 10:00 am and I was found my mobile connection not working both outgoing and incoming calls, then I call to Vodafone costumer care and they inform me your one of the payment which is made on 10 October, 09 was reversed by bank and now this is due on you (this payment I had given to my friend for pay my bill on 10 sep-09 and he had pay to Vodafone on same day and Vodafone conform to me for same). Then after I called to my friend and he was done same as per Vodafone customer care.
Then after around 10:30 AM I had again pay my bill to Vodafone from my ICICI credit card and call to customer care for payment conformation and they conform me we had received your payment at 11:00 AM and your connection will start within 2 hours, after 2 hour I again call to Vodafone customer care and inform then my connection not stated till now as per your commitment then Vodafone customer care executive inform me your request regarding activation was not forwarded by last customer care executive and now I am forwarding your request so please wait for another 2 hours. After 2 hour I again call to Vodafone customer care and again I asked about my connection activation and I was shocked Vodafone customer care executive again say me your request was not forwarded and I will do now and you will wait again 2 hours. I was really upset and finely my connection activate after 8 hours.
Next day (25 December 2009) at 10:30 AM again my connection was disconnected and I was so disturbed and I don’t know what will do now. Then I again called to Vodafone customer care and he say your connection not activated till you not submit your ICICI credit card statement and your ID proof at Vodafone store after that your connection activate. After that I was gone to Vodafone store (around 1:30 PM) at Ansal Plaza (Delhi) and I submitted my ID proof and ICICI credit card statement and put request for activate my number ASAP. Vodafone store executive (Mr. Lalit:- 9899486000) was promised me your connection will start within 2-4 Hr.
Around 5:00 pm I call to Vodafone store executive and he not picked phone after that 7:43 PM I was called to Vodafone customer care for get information about my number activation and I was surprised Vodafone customer care executive say we dot get any information about your number deactivation and please your should again go to Vodafone store and submit your all document again, that after I was tired and now I don’t believe on Vodafone services and in between I lost my lots of time and money so please guide me how can I clam to Vodafone about my all loses and I was really disturbed on last two days.

Thumbs down Deactivation of Airtel prepaid number

My name is Mahadevan. I purchased a new Airtel prepaid connection in chennai during February 2010 with mobile number 9677111794 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting@@@@@@@@@@@@@@96771 11794@@@@@@end_of_the_skype_highlighting. I gave my photo and driving licence as proof as required. The number was activated immediately and I started using it. I recharged for around Rs.400/-. Suddenly there came a call from Airtel verification asking for my name and address. I told my name and address. The person calling from the verification department told that the sim is registered in the name of Shri.Venkatesan and from the next day onwards my sim got deactivated abruptly. I contacted Airtel prepaid customer, they told me to resubmit the Photo and id proof again. I resubmitted all the documents. And waited for a week to get the sim reactivated. As this was not done I again contacted Airtel customer they told that they have not received my photo or driving licence and wanted me to contact the retailer. The retailer from whom I purchased the Sim told that I cannot get the number activated as the same is activated in someone else name. I informed the retailer that I have given the correct proof of documents. The Airtel customer care persons are telling that the retailer is reponsible as they have furnished wrong information and the retailer is telling that they have given the correct information and that Airtel has made a mistake. I have around Rs.350/-untilised amount in the sim which is in a deactivated condition. I after a long conversation with Airtel customer care, they gave a number of their nodal officer (named Sinthya mary) to escalate my complaint which is 9952434865. I called the number around 10 times. Nobody to pick up the number. This is worst service on the part of Airtel. I lost my hard earned money of Rs.350/-. Airtel, you are looting your 10million customers. You claim your self to be the best service provider in the country. We in India are put up with such a bad shape. Jaihind.
