I am a regular reliance gsm costumer from last 2 yrs.My mobile number is 8882134262. Currently i am using reliance gsm connection in NCR area. i am facing a worst computer default of reliance gsm from last two months. Reliance deducting my balance without any reason. I am regularly in touch with reliance costumer care but. they don't have answer regarding that even they dont show any proof to me why they are deducting my balance, instead they always say that your balance has been deducted due to telemarketing calls. I never ask for any service to them. Even i don't really receive those calls due to these reasons and after that when i ask any proof from them that when i did this, how i did this, they reply that we can't provide these. The first case was happened with me in first week of January 2011 ,in that they deducted near about Rs. 50 from my account then on that day i ask for any proof . they all are unanswerable on this. i ask them to deactivate my all services from my number. but they didn't do so . I called costumer care near about five times then after they deactivated them. Second time they deducted my Rs.30 balance on 1 Feb. 2011. when i called them next morning they told me that they will pay back my money within 48 hrs. but i didn't pay back any balance from there side.they also assured me they have removed all services from my number . Even today i am getting message due that services. After two days when i again call them , they told me that they cant pay back my money. Third time today i.e. 12 Feb. 2011. they again deduct my balance of Rs. 30. I again call them, they again tell me that you received any telemarketing call , you asked for any service to them. But for last two times i didn't receive any service call and even they didn't call too. I don't know why they are doing this actually again and again to me. Now i am irritated due this behavior of Reliance GSM. I want my balance back. This humble request to the court that costumer should have right to know how their balance deducted(and if it any telemarketing call they must have right to listen them again because most of time it happens that costumer even don't receive calls, Reliance activated that services automatically ) Please help me if possible. For it is not possible to recharge my mobile on this speed without any reason.
