    Angry airtel not giving me the informations about the cell nos issued to my id

    i asked the airtel nodal officer to give me the informtion about numbers running on my id ,
    i i got a reply that i cant get the informations about the numbers issued to my identity...even if i personally visit their head office with the identity ...
    i think this is a serious security threat because is a person cant get to kno which numbers are issued to his name he cant to anything to the illegal connections running on false id which can be a serious security threat to nation
    please suggest me what should i do.





    i lodged the comnplaint letter to airtel nodal officer .....

    Subject- Airtel Connections running on my ID proof without my knowledge.

    Sir


    I am Nissar Ahmed I purchased an AIRTEL connection(987xxxxxxx) about 3 and a half year ago. I have given all the required id proof while purchasing the connection from your dealer. I even submitted the ID proof twice after a year after my purchase of the number(987xxxxxxx),I submitted my id proof to the AIRTEL COSTUMER CARE CENTER AT VIKAS MARG EAST DELHI as i got a call from the costumer care representative on my number and asked me to submit the ID proof at the nearest costumer care center.

    But today when I wanted the new sim for the same number as I lost my cell phone, the people at the Airtel costumer care center told me that the number which I have been using is issued to some other person named as Ram Kumar inspite of fiving the ID proof thrice.

    According to me the ID proof given by me is exchanged with some other person in your database.

    PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING FAVOUR:-
    1) Give me the details of the numbers running on my ID proof, my details are as follows:-

    NISSAR AHMED
    (I submitted my driving license as my id proof all the three times)

    2)Please change the name of the owner of the number to Nissar Ahmed (details as given above) and provide me the sim card with the same number 987xxxxxxx as I am using this number for past 3 years as I don't want to change my contact number .



    I am expecting the reply as soon as possible.

    Angry Same problem with me

    I purchased a reliance mobile, and submitted all the require documents to the dealer but after 15 days my connection was blocked and the reason was ID proof not submitted, Some body ask reliance people that how my sim was activated without the ID proof. The mobile company are just making fool of the customers and not following the rules and guidelines issued by the Govt. Same thing was also happened with my other friends also and the connection was of reliance.
    I dont know how they issue the sim card and even activate it without verification. I have more than 15 case those suffered from the same problem.

    Reliance are also making fool of INDIAN GOVT.

    hello
    myself inderbir from muktsar (punjab) my case is somewhat same.
    i bought new tata docomo prepaid sim .9041591189. i gave photostate of my driving license & 1 photo.
    after few days, when i got details of my number i was shocked to see that my number is registered to someone's else name & adresss..

    the dealer says that he had send my documents to tata docomo office. & he asked for new id proof & photo.

    my question is .. WHERE ARE MY DOCUMENTS GONE?? ARE THEY REGISTERED TO SOME OTHER NUMBER? IF SO WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSUAGE OF ID PROOF??

    I HAVE WRITTEN EMAIL REGARDING THIS TO NODAL OFFICER OF TATA DOCOMO PUNJAB.

    I HAVE AFFIDAVITE REGARDING THIS & SEND IT TO NODAL OFFICER THROUGH EMAIL.

    AM WAITING FOR THE REPLY OF NODAL OFFICER.
