    Dear sir,
    I am vikas kumar from muktsar (Punjab) INDIA .I have airtel prepaid connection 9815401239.I had buy airtel connection on 20dec2006.Airtel call me for complete address then i said that i have airtel connection of about three year old and that is time of verification then airtel employee said it’s ok and disconnect the call . I receive this call on 18dec 2009.After three days on 21dec2009.I have receive an sms for complete detail of address then after receiving sms . I submit all the required documents to airtel office on 21 dec 2009 in my area (new age communication kotkapura road dst muktsar in Punjab ) on 22dec 2009 my outgoing service is stoped and then i visit airtel office for that and tell their problem about my outgoing service he said that ur number will work properly on evening .on 23dec 2009 my number is completely disconnected then again i visit airtel office then he said that ur number will be activated on evening.My number is showing sim card registration faild . before that I have also call cutomer care service for my problem he said that ur number detail is not submitted and then I have submit complaint against airtel office in my area .Then after complete submission of my document my no is disconnected on 23dec2009.I have requested to solve my problem

    Default stuppid mental brainless service this airtel servce

    This airtel service is a stuppid mental less people are being employed and they them self dont know any thing about ther service and products. If we tell in clear also they donot have the capacity to understand and answer the problem. If i give in writing also they cannot understand and solve the simple problems. Such a stuppid service they are providing and telling they are the no 1 in the service. Stuppid fellows.

    Angry SIM Card Registration failed Airtel

    Dear sir,
    I am Rajesh Gupta from Chandigarh INDIA .I have used the airtel no 9876154881 for last 4 year as postpaid connection but on date 15.12.2009 I am sent the request for convert this no in prepaid connection and sumbit the all document to airtel of NAC Manimajra and clear all due till date of Rs-1062 by recepit no-12-404911 thr credit card and they also receved of Rs-97 in cash for convert charges ( Reacher coupen under i Have got Rs-10 call time) Receicpt no Sr No-16503 and my phone started in 72 hours and i have received a call from airtel office for welcome in prepaid services after one or two days.
    But on date 15.01.2010 in night my outogoing call not working and in the morning my incoming call also blocked at this time i am in ludhiana . I have come back form ludhiana form 20.1.2010 and same day i am going to NAC Manimajra and ask for block the number but they say we have sent the all document to office and we have also sent the request form this metter to our office and may be your phone started in next 72 hours.
    More our we have not received any call from airtel for block the Mobile number.My number is showing sim card registration faild . before that I have also call cutomer care service for my problem he said that they find the problem and disconnect the phone .I have requested to solve my problem.

    Default 'Limited Service' for Airtel Mobile Connection for 3-4 days

    Dear Sir,

    I am a prepaid customer of Airtel Mobile service. for the last few days, I am having 'limited service' connection only for the last 3-4 days, whereas my friends are having access to the airtel network in the vicinity. I have tried to switch off the handset and reinsert the sim card and start again.....also i have tried to access the network manually, but i am unable to access the connection. My mobile number is 08427770558. Please kindly help me to solve the problem.

    Angry BullShit by Airtel

    Dear Admin,

    I am a was a vodafone user for nearly 5.5years and i ported my self to airtel recently.
    After the porting is done the simcard given by airtel was not working.so,I went to the retailer where i brought the simcard(ported) and then he asked me to go to the airtel showroom which is 20km(bike up&down 40+km) away...i made time from my busy schedule and i went there(Chromepet,chennai).There the Relationship manger & the staff were very rude and was trying to force me to buy airtel money simcard(190/-) for a duplicate simcard and they even say that we will not and no other store in chennai is selling the normal simcards.
    when i said ok,ill buy they said that we cannot activate your card now and we will activate it after 48-72hrs as you proofs are not submitted.so,i submitted again.then i again had to submit my proofs,after 48hrs i went to the store again to buy the duplicate simcard looking for the normal 25/-(but ready to buy even spend 200/-).even then my proofs were not updated then i called the customer care from my home(spend in money from land phone,morethan 10times) they said you can go to a nearest relationship center and get your duplicate simcard.i went to the same relationship center twice in two days and they told me that they have no simcards available with them.then i requested for contact of other relationshipcenter they gave me a answer kinda(F#K*FF).then I had to go to Saidapet centre and they told me your proofs are not still updated.So,I again submited the proofs and waited for 48 hrs and even then it was not updated and then again i went there and they asked me to call the customercare they said it will take another 48hrs or more.it finally took 15days+morethan 3000rs+hectic traffic effect.for this to happen i had to call the appellete dept+nodal+customercare+travel+time.so,I want to sue the company in what ever the means.

    the retailers are selling the ported simcards @ 35rs+99rs recharge.

    Now i want a compensation for my time and money or i want to sue them.
    Pls help in guiding me.

    Ps.Imagine if i take a postpaid number and if i say sorry sir we are extremely sorry for your pain i cant pay the bill they will sue me.
