from last 15 days i m not been able to contact to my customer care ..the customer care executive are saying that your service will be activated in 24 hours of lodging a complaint but still from last 5 days my problem havnt been sorted out.. and the person by the naame of mangesh ..floor supervison not only hang up the phone but also started sending me unwanted messsages in a short spam of 10 mins i have got 92 messages ...then at last i have to make a call to customer care ..to stop all this nonsence ..then a floor supervisor by the name of manish have told me tht we"ll look into the matter tht y this had happened he was totally satisfied with my statement that i have got 92 messages in 10 mins ... i
wanna lodge a complaint against airtel for not hearing my problem ,putting down the phone while i was talking,not sorting out the problem i am having now i want to sue airtel against this miss behave with customer like me and wanna quit to the services of airtel with my frens ...but the thing should b sorted out ...i anm having the proof of 92 messages which i have got in 10 mins... now the matter is aware to you ...hoping for a positive reply ...
