Hi,
I have mobile number 95917 62503, which i have activated 2 months ago after handing over my airtel documents to an airtel executive at a dealer location in sultanpalya.
one and a half month later, airtel has blocked my outgoing calls with no apparent reasons. After 5 different calls to their contact centres and going 3 times to their airtel relationship centre in RT Nagar, i had 3 different reasons why my connection was deactivated:
1) One executive told me my documents were not clear
2) One said my application form was incorrect
3) the final version was that airtel had not received my documents at all
when i further asked which connections were running in my name, after providing all my details, this information was refused. I do not feel comfortable submitting my personal document copies multiple times to a company that then says "we have not received it" 2 months later.
They refuse to refund my balance on the account as well (it is a prepaid connection)
Please advise.
