Hi,

I've been using an Idea connection since the past 5 years now. Despite submitting my document personally twice my calling services are withdrwan. I had submitted the required document at the GK 2 Delhi branch, the same was approved by them and assured that this would not happen. It is highly disappointing to see such a big telecom player treating their customers like Dirt, just because you have a huge subscriber base does not mean that you can get away with anything. Truast me with problems like these occuring there will be a time when people will start running away from Idea. I am also in thoughts of shifting to Vodafone or Airtel so as not to face such problems in a fast paced world.

When I purchase Internet coupon of 98 Rs for one month, but not login any application i m calling from 5 days idea custermer Care and gprs technical assistant but no respounce in this matter so plz give me idea...

I am regularly getting a call from 9911340147 (Idea Representative lady) regarding payment of some number. I was not having any Idea number, nor have, nor willing to take. Some one has given my number to him, i do not know the person whether given deliberately or what. The lady is miss behaving to me every time she calls for bill payment. I have request not to call but she is not listening to me.

What should i do now...

idea executive saying verfection done is whithin 24 hr .but verifection executive is not come .after 4 day idea executive call me for verifiction that time i am in mumbai .verfiction is not done .after 1hr my number is close

Suddenly deduction of Rs 150/- from my Idea account.I have'nt talked
too much to anyone.My balance was near about Rs 200/- and suddenly it
was reduced to Rs 57/-.Will you please let me know why i am facing
