Reliance is appointing in house Gundas for collecting dues from the
user. These connections are taken by corporate and Corporate is
discussing with Reliance on wrong tarriff billing and huge amount was
billed and jacked up in the total bill. Calling them as a recovery
officer of Reliance Infocomm, Surya and Suresh entered in a
corporate office in Bangalore and snatched the Reliance Mobile phone
from the user and asked them to write a cheque or they will finish
off the user. Helpless user with scare and worry to thier life
called thier Head office given the phone to the concered person who
is handling the Reliance A/c. They look like a Cinema Dada.
Immediately, Surya and Suresh believed to be Reliance Employee in
Bangalore asked the details of the caller gave thier mobile number
contact no: 93 43 39 02 08 and said "see with in half an hour what
will happen". When Chennai head office spoke to Relinace Chennai
after half an hour they left the place.

Please be aware before taking any new connections. If you want to
sign any documents please read before signing it . Understand the
tarriff rate. Lot of hidden charges they will not inform us. It is
just cheating the user. Since it is a CDMA, you can not change the
service provider.
