    hello sir,
    i am arun chaudhary.i take a airtel broadband connection from sanjay singh(airtel alambagh) whose no is 9889201990.he told me wrong information of airtel schemes,when i know that i call him and ask for that then he abusing me.
    i am very disappointed with airtel,how he keep these type of nonsense employees.
    sir please take acton against him.

    Default Dint issued my refund amount and dint gave internet Connection

    Hello Sir, Am Vijaya bhaskar Reddy from Bangalore. In the month of April 19th 2010 am booked for internet connection. But due to some technical problems i dint get the internet connection. They told that we will refund your amount within 8 working days. But am waited upto 3Months, Still i dint get my refund amount. When ever i used to give a call for Airtel, they will say the same thing again and again. we will refund your amount with in 8 to 10 working days. But still i dint get the refund amount.

    By giving a call for Airtel every day, am fed up with those peoples. Right now i dont have a hope that am going to get my money back. Even though if i dint get my refund amount also its oki. But no one should need to face the problem like me. So please take severe action against Airtel Company.

    Angry Airtel sim disconnected

    My Sim had got broken and so I went to a customer service center for a new SIM. I recievd the new sim after 15 days (on saturday) in de-activated condition. The service center person told me that the sim will get activated on Monday, the immediate day being Sunday.

    Alas, on Monday when I inserted the sim on my phone, the sim card registration failed. WHen I contacted the customer support, I got a rude reply that my sim had permanently disconnected due to nil usage.

    All this after I was in contact with the service centre for the last month. Even during delivery of the new sim, the guy did not say any such thing. SO, I GET A NEW SIM WHICH WILL GET "PERMANENTLY" DISCONTINUED ON MONDAY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED ON MONDAY.

    I Have tried talking to customer support people to no avail.

    Airtel service really sucks. The customer support guys does not have to courtesy to talk to the customers. They feel as if they are doing a favour if we need any information. Now I am planning to switch my service provider

    Before I Tell My Problem, I Kindly Ask You To Stop Giving Routine Replies Saying To Mail.

    Listen up.

    Last Month I Got A Call Regarding Airtel Radio, I Just Cut It.

    But You Guys Cut My 30 Rs! And When I Called You Customer Care, They Blamed Me.

    Why You All Steal Our money, And Today With Out Any Kinda Request You people Cut My 5rs..... Not Only This Two Times, You Guys Stole Them From The Beginning I Have Airtel.(2006)

    Thumbs down I am very shameful to be customer of Airtel Bharti..I HATE AIRTEL...

    Airtel is a money sucker company...Last year i activated KIDS BRITANICA and before 4-5 months i given application to stop that service..than also Rs.75 is coming included as Kids Britanica Charges...And when I called in customer care and asked for waiving money..They said wait we are keeping ur call on hold and then they cut the phone..(Don't think I am illiterate i know how to use the phone and i think more better than u)..............................................It has happened 5 times and still i am paying 75 rupees per month for that service...................On 17th August 2011...I given request to disconnect my broadband connection but then also i got bill of 23 aug-22 sep........And after that last month i got call from airtel for Airtel Broadband TV...they said that activate it we will charge 1 rs for it for 1 month and rs99 from 2nd month.....but i said i have no time to see TV on internet and i said that also that i have given request to disconnet broadband..so she said that use it till ur internet connection is working...and they forced me to say yes for that service....I HATE AIRTEL...this is the last time i and my family is using airtel services....So I have 3 requests now-1st-KIDS BRITANICA would be cancelled and i need money back of that period of time........2nd-I need to my broadband connection to be cutted i don't need bill again(and this money also if possible)........3rd-airtel will not force any customer to activate any service....No means No.....Plzz Help me someone...Airtel will kill me.. ..........My connection is on the name-Kishor Kumar Saluja.....Landline no.-07314083734.....Connection is of Airtel Indore....I think i would get some help..Thanks ..
