From 1st of December my GSM is not working due to IMEI no. is not registered in the GSM database.

This being a standart mobile launched in the marked by Spice mobiles I am not able to get in touch with the cmr case on the provided no.s nor I am getting any revert on mail that I forwarded to customer care ofSpice mobiles.

I have bought a Spice Mobile Model M940N vide IMEI No. 352050037244828 / 37244836 on Dtd 26/08/2009 from Krishna Mobile Ghar, Rohtak vide Invoice No. 6260, after 39 Days on Dtd 04/10/2009 It is switched off suddenly but there was nothing displayed on screen after that I went to M/s Krishna Mobile Ghar, Rohtak (Seller). He told me that, this mobile is Dead & you have to go to the Spice Service Centre, Then I go to Spice Repair Centre C/O Tele Centre, Rohtak. He says that you have to come on tomorrow I keep on visiting there office many times, After 10 days Mr. Gaurav (Service Centre Owner) told me that I should hand over this mobile to company vide Job Sheet No. N-34 & you may come after one week even after 8-9 weeks he given me mobile but after 3-4 days it become on same condition & unable to display nothing on screen once again I go to your authorized service centre & he keep the mobile on Dtd 18/01/2010 vide Job Sheet No. SP – 721 but till date I have not received any information regarding Mobile from him. That is why I have written this letter to your company in order to replace my Mobile which is under Warranty & I hope please replace or repair my mobile as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased D-88N Gold spice mobile from your authorized dealer Shakti Electronics &Comunication,Sec.-5 Rajender Nagar, Shahibabad, Ghaziabad on dated 4-10-2009 bearing bill no. 4766& IMEI No.358071020522081 for Rs. 7000/-

On dated 17-2-2010 it goes in hanging position& on the same day I handed over this set to your authorized service station Ambedekar Rd. GHAZIABAD.
After a week contacting with service station & Mr.HIMANSHU BHARADWAJ, told me that you will get a new mobile soon.
On dated 19-3-2010 they called me & gave me a rough looking old mobile whose IMEI No. was 358071020388368 which was also nonfunctioning. Igave a written cimplaint to the service station &taken the recieving.
Sir, is any authorized service station is authorized to do so.
By this act I was torchured PHYSICALLY AS WELL AS MENTALLY
SIR, IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO GIVE ME A NEW MOBILE OR REFUND MY MONEY BACK. Otherwise,I have to take other remedies to seek this problem.

I purchased a spice mobile handset model- spice QT-61 Bill No. 154130216 dated 11/1/2011 from shop- spice retail, govindpuri, delhi. It got problems like : 1) camera not working, 2) network not showing. 3) voice reapeating etc. I submitted it to the Spice Service Center Balaji telecom, Kalkaji New delhi. The service center was given very poor service they give me after 15 days my set and after a month again i am facing same problems my phone is still in service center since 25 days when i am calling they told me that part is not available you can call after a week. i am puzulled to call there. they don't give any positive respose about service. that was very black moment when i decided to buy s spice mobile.

So I am taking away Spice Service Center near vastrapur Lake Ahmadabad he repair & give me after some time
After 2 days on 10/10/11 his keypad again not working then I am take away service center but shop keeper does misbehave & ask me you come on tomorrow
Next day I am going to Service canter I saw mobile his keypad & mic both are not working & he say to me you come after 6 day but after 6 day I am going to service canter but mobile not repair I am goes to 5 to 8 time in last one month but mobile not repair
So sir kindly request for me please taken effected action for better customer service I am waiting for your reply
