    Dear Customer court,

    I have a airtel connection of number 9900177531. i'm using this number since 3 years now.
    I have given a request on 1st October to change my bill plan from India roam 399 to special 5 plan, from my next billing cycle which starts oct 3rd.
    My bill plan did not got changed, so on Oct 5th, i talked to the customer care at airtel & informed him not to change my plan, but somehow this request was not taken.
    And then they changed my bill plan on Nov 3rd, without intimating the same.
    i have raised many conplaints with Airtel, to rework my bill as per my earlier plan(india roam 399), as i requested to cancel my bill plan change. Initially they agreed to rework my bill, but now refusing the same, saying that charges are correct as per the new bill plan.

    Now they are not reworking my bill, and harasing me to pay the bill, or it will be disconnected & legal action will be taken.

    Please help.

    Default Deactvite my airtel prepaid number by ur airtel

    myself Prasenjeet

    I had purchase airtel prepaid card in 2006.Form that date i use that number continues.Beforesome days that number not get covrege and got me message that"ur sim registration faild".After that i made call with custermre care,he told me that purhsces duplcate sim after that ur number will work,but after that also my number not in work.Again i made call to custermre care that time he told me ur number delete form market.

    i want to konw to hows this possiable.In that number 138 rupees balance avileabel at that time.I must need that number again.Is it ur services like this?without any reason u delete my number.......
    its called good services?


    Ur airtel services lost my contacts and also make economical loss reply me what i wanna to do for again get that number
