    Angry Complaint against Airtel Service

    I am having airtel prepaid mobile connection 9890335583 for the past 4-5 years. It is a lifetime account. I live in Nagpur (Maharashtra) On Nov 4th the connection deactivated without any reason (Sim card registration failed). I contacted customer service and they told me to purchase a new duplicate sim as my sim is faulty. I purchased the duplicate sim on 5th nov. The customer service center told me it will be activated by evening the same day. It didn't. I again contacted customer care and they told me that my no. is deleted from their list somehow and I cannot get my no. back giving the reason that it is not used for long. I told that them that it is in use till deactivation and infact I ha made and also recived a call within 1 hour from the deactivation. Also I had recharged the sim within 1-2 months. I have tried their online customer care mail id they have given the same reply then have mailed their nodal officer (maharashtra & Goa region) on 11th and 18nov but reply is still awaited.

    My other contact no. is 08055255335(Reliance).

    Default activating packages unnecessary and without my knowledge

    As my self younuss pasha, my father having airtel prepaid mobile connection 9945962627 for the past 3-4 years. It is a lifetime account. we live in bangalore (karnataka) On dec 7th i called up airtel customer care executive to check the balance on this particular number they in formed me that i have less than Rs-1.00 (one-rupee) but i had recharged for rs 300.00 in the month of october, when i asked is there any packages activated on my number they said some combo package is activated with out my knoledge how can they activate like this , this is not the first time it happend with my father its second time last time same value of amount had been deducted but i had warned them next time it shuld never happen but its repeated so i request u to help me out in this matter .

    Default complaint : to stop the service calls and messages to my phone number 9008077857

    This is to inform you and to note that I should not distrub by your service calls and messages , which disturbs me in the profession , and in the court also.
    As I am advocate professionist and always in the serious in the subjects of my clients to resolve their problems,your service calls will disturbs me lot.Please stop this disturbance.

    Secondly , it is noted from the balance of prepaid credit , some amount is deducting wronfully and unlawfully ,which makes the company makes the unlawfull profit at the cost of the others smoothly and soothingly, by giving the unwanted things to the customer,he who dont want those things which is provided by the company.

    under the circumstances, please note such things shall not repeat on my telophone number 9008077857.

    At least, I expect the good service from hereafterwards.

    Default complaint on airtel srevices

    hi this is srinivas with airtel mobile number +91 9000 50 8130.

    my balance is detected from my number unnecessarily.

    04/01/2010- on this they first they detected 3/- then i called them they said that i am using airtel live and gprs services but i am not using any services so they gave my balance again same day they detected 5/- on the same reason but they did not gave my balance

    11/01/2010- on this day , first they detected 10/- i asked them they said i downloaded, but i did not download any thing so they gave money back and by next morning they detected 5/- so i tried to call customer care they asked to press9 but now they are not connecting to customer care and this is going like this

    so please take action on this matter

    Default airtel - no log in on the internet

    I have a post paid connection with airtel, 9000755425
    not able to log in on the internet and not able to pay the bill, see the transactions.

    Airtel suggested a new pass word for the internet log in

    and the trouble inconvenience, time waste, continues

    Default Complaint against Airtel Services Bangalore

    i'm using airtel prepaid no from past 3 yrs. initially the services of airtel was very good. but from past 3 months facing several problems (let me tell you i dont have any problem with handset).


    If you cant provide good services why dont Airtel shut down its operations.

    I think all the airtel users better to switch to other connections like vodafone etc

    I am Atanu Bhattacharjee from delhi, using airtel prepaid connection from past 2 yrs. i am totally not satisfy with airtel service because from past few months any service is activated automatically into my number without my consent, and whenever i consulted this problem with customer care in delhi they always told me the service is not activated automatically its only activated by you. recently, two days ago my balance was deducted by activating service like 'gyan sagar' automatically without my permission. now they not accepted the same. i am totally fed up by the service. please do the needfull otherwise i have to change the connection.
