I had purchased a recharge voucher via NGPay for my airtel mobile at Mangalore for a denomination of Rs.30. However from the last 1 month, I have been unable to use the recharge pin as it kept on returning with "Invalid PIN number" or "the 16 digit pin does not exist". I had reported this issue to NGPay and Airtel both on multiple occassions only to be asked to contact each other and this has become frustrating. I'm at a point where I want to drag Airtel to the court for this frustrating apathy doled out to me as a hapless customer. Any pointers would help.
