Dear Sir,


I have just registered on this forum to seek justice as I have been victimised by a Mumbai based Mobile service provider LOOP MOBILE/ BPL MOBILE. I had been using a Pre-paid Mobile Card of this service provider for the past 30 months.

One day, a representative of service provider came to my place & asked for a shift to Post-paid service with existing number remaining the same. Citing the benfits of Post-paid Service, I paid him an amount of Rs. 300. He gave me a receipt for the same & took all my Contact & Verification details & told me that my post-paid service shall be active in 24 hrs.

With much hassles and endless rounds of telephone calls & arguments, I could get my post-paid service activated.

Now, suddenly on 07/12/09, I have received a message that my services are barred and immediately I am unable to make any calls or messages.
I called up customer care of this Divine Mobile Service Provider & they tell me that a Representative came to verify address details and seeing the door locked, he ordered for suspension of calling & SMS services.

As per the customer care executive, the representative visited my place @ 04/12/09 at 1200hrs (I am a working professional, chances of my availability at this time are NIL, even my roommates shall not be there). Neither was I informed that the Executive would be coming to scrutinise nor I was informed in advance about the cancellation of services so that I would have taken corrective steps to get the verification done in time.

On 08/12/09, I am going on a 7-day visit to different parts of the country & having an Active Mobile is vital to me. I now run in danger of losing a big chunk of business as I won't be able to call up my clients.
By the time I return, the incoming services to my number shall be barred too.

Please note that to collect required activation charges, the person came at my home (he told he can come any time to collect payments). For money collection, they can inform & trouble me endless number of times but for scrutiny, cannot they give me a call just once.

My life has been turned into a misery by this service provider. Kindly help me as I have approached you with a big faith in your judgmental capabilities.
