i have a vodafone connection. I was getting cross talk, when i call some one and also network problem. I requested to solve the issue, they informed me to change the sim. i replaced the sim, but the connection took atleast 8 hours to get activate and they informed me it will be activated in 2hours.

I Requested to them for DND services, but still i am receiving many calls.
I had couriered a form to claim a gift (i paid a deposit of 350 rs.) and received an empty box of sunglasses.....1.5 months back. still i have not received the gift.

When i took the connection, i searched for a choice of number, and then i got a number which was used previously by another person and i am receiving the callls for credit card bill payment, banks alerts etc...

i did complaint to vodafone with Mr. SUnny/ Pruthvi, Pratiksha (Thane branch) Mr. Patson (Borivali) still i have not yet got a single answer for any of the complaint.
