Dear Sir,
I was the Airtel customer from more than 1.5 years. In that period and I was the timely paying customer. While registring connection, Airtel has taken deposite amount from me. It should return by them up to 15 Nov.
As per this Airtel has also agreed to refund the amount within stipulated time. But while actual time of paying, they are not yet refund the amount or not contacting, not replaying to me. I have tried to contact them, but they are not showing the interstate as not the current customer of Airtel.
Is this the way of orgnisation like Airtel to dominate the customer?
Can you please look in to this.
