I had made a complaint for overcharging on ISD call on 4th of Nov with Request ID as - BAL074078084. Since then I am being promised by the customer care executives every time I call them that the request will be resolved in 24 hrs. But it’s more than 1 month since then but the request is still not resolved. When complained to the Nodal Officer a few days later I got a mail stating that the issue is resolved. But there is no refunds in my account. when I tried to check what is the status of the complaint I get the same response that as you are not satisfied I'll forward the complaint again.
