I have surrender my mob no.9225146398 (sim card) at Aurangabad branch on 23.08.09 but till bill for the month of nov. rent charges are included in my bill. many complains had been made from me to branch personley and staff of tata visited my home and promise to adjust my rent in next bill. The sim card was crushed in the front of me. The current bill due date is 10.12.09. If my mob. record of payment u check, I always make advance payment before release of the month bill and always, credit balance shows in my bill while genrating.

Now I will not make payment unless Tata indicom will adjust my account with INTREST paid by me. when they are charging delay payment than why Ishoud not charge delay charges as INTREST from Tata.

if Iwill not received reply with adjustment than my second no will be surrender to Tata. & whatever expenses will accure by me to send notice etc. will be beared by Tat only.
