    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    First register your complaint with the Airtel Customer Care, and in case you are not satisfied with the response of Airtel Customer Care then send a written notice to the Airtel Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.

    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Sir

    I am Rahul ,i was using the Airtel no for more than 3years and it was working nicely,Presently i am in Switzerland for my One year deputation.it started fron 2009 october ,,and hear i was able to use the Airtel connection.but last week..it says that my SIM registration is failed...
    I would like to put a complaint against this..since i was using this sim for receing SMS forn my CLients in India and i will be doing back to india by this october


    So i need this sim back..so pls enquire about the reason of this failure ,,

    Dear Sir,
    I am airtel customer since last 5 yrs, recently I came to United kingdom for my further studies and I was on international roaming. But on 6th Aug 2010, my sim card registration failed, its with lifetime validity. I will be back to india in couple of months and I want ot continue using this no. kindly please suggest me something. Waiting for your reply.

    Default Airtel Postpaid sim card not getting activated from last 15 days

    Sir,

    I have taken Airtel postpaid SIM card some 15 days back, but no one is coming for address verifcation at home and neither they are acitivating the sim card. I have wasted lots of money by making calls to airtel people and made many escalations but everyone there saying it will be done tomorow, but its not happening. They are only harrasing and not helping us.
    Please help.

    i have airtel sim card , i was using it in dubai from last one year as i can received sms on it & it has life time validity which expires in 2032. My SIM number is 9860040810. and all my friends & clients have this number.

    suddenly it showed that sim card registration failed ...

    this card is very import to me ... as i am using since eight years..

    please activate my sim card as early as possible.

    Hi I have been using the number 9632314464 Airtel prepaid from last month. Suddenly today it says registration failed. I could not reach the customer care also. I dont know what is the reason.     My sirtel sim also says registration failed.I am so frustreted with airtel service in Bangalore.I had gone to the Cunningham Airtel Centre.They gave me similar responses.But my number still doesnt work!!....Its been 4 weeks now.

    I am a using Airtel SIM card for last 3 moths, but for last two months I am in Qatar. So I am not making any outgoing calls or outgoing SMS from this SIM. I have heard from my friends that the SIM will be expired, if there is no outgoing calls or outgoing SMS. Please clarify this to me.

    I tried once to send an SMS message from the same SIM, but it is failed since the balance amount is Rs.149. Please give me a solution.

    Hi I have been using the number +91 - 9500867057 Airtel prepaid for a year but for last six months I am in Oman(muscat). Suddenly today it says registration failed.
