Airtel - Worst Customer Care Service Provider Myself Ajay ,
My No is 9840700819 & 9789922035
I need some help regarding the cheating done to me by Airtel in my recharge.
My mother wanted to go delhi on 22.11.2009. So i need some mobile recharge to be done for that purpose.
So i called Airtel Customer Care Center (121) and enquired about STD rate cutters and full talktime offeres and i also mentioned that i am recharging the mobile since it is going out-of-station(Delhi).
They informed me about Rs:98 STD rate cutter
&
Rs:150 Full Talk time offer and they also mentioned that i will be
getting Rs:160 worth Talktime( Hidden Account ) and its Validity is 10 Days.
So i Recharged the mobile for Rs:150.
Here Comes my problem
When we call from our mobile the Balance is not reducing from the Hidden Account i.e Rs:160 , instead it started to reduce from my main account balance.
When i called Airtel and informed about this the Executive who took the call dont know about these details so he transfered the call to a senior person.
Senior executive by name Devi took the call and told me the details and when i told that it is Airtel's fault for giving us the wrong information, she said that she will be transfering the balance amount from my hidden Account to my main account , and she told me that this process will be done on 1st December 2009.
From that time i used to call Airtel to check my mother's mobile balance cause if i call my mother to check her balance ,it will be costing her Rs:1 as Roaming. So i used to call Airtel for assistance.
For the past Few Days i found that i cant access Airtel Customer Care(121) from my mobile.
I even Complained it to them.
After trying for 3-4 hrs from my mobile, i tried to call from other mobile. In the other mobile i got the Customer Assistance in the very first call.
This happened to me for the past 3 Days.
I even complained this to them. But no action was taken.
Recently i heard that the Executived who work in Airtel Customercare do these kind of things like Blocking Customer number and blocking their facilities or by reducing their balance in some sort or ways.
I find this name and phone number in Airtel Website But the number not in use.

Today after 3-4 hours of conversation with 7-8 Senior Executive , Airtel has accepted that its it Executive's Fault and refunded my Rs:160 to my main account and asked sorry for it.

I have been a loyal airtel customer for the past 2-3 years.. But now, I am being cheated.. Your service used to be the best but it has gone from excellent to good to bad to worse.. Airtel has started harassing its customers.. I am surprised at this..
I was using airtel broadband with my airtel land line 01147563867, I had a little problem in paying the bill (Rs. 2900 Approx.) as I was keeping busy.. An executive from airtel customer care called me and asked me if I wanted him to send over an executive to collect the payment.. I readily agreed as I was keeping busy.. I was at my office and two executives came over from airtel and took the payment (Rs. 3000) from My Mother who was at home and gave My Mother a receipt.. Unfortunately My Mother lost the receipt.. Now airtel says that they have received no payment and don't even know if anyone came over at my home.. And have started harassing me for the payment instead of looking for the crooks..
I will write my horrific experience with airtel on every broadband related forum and will even file a case in the consumer court for the unforgiving experience.. Please look into this matter asap and respond before I take disastrous steps against your false shiny image..

Sim blocked My sim blocket due to insertion of wrong pin by my child.
But there is no way so that i can talk to airtel customer service & request for puk code.
Worst service provider.

Airtel- Worst customer care I made an Airtel top up for Rs.100 yesterday and got a credit for Rs.86. I spoke for Rs.2.50 yesterday. I dint make any calls after that.Today wen i checked my balance, it was only Rs.73. I then called customer care and enquired about this problem. The concerned person asked me to wait for nearly 3 mins. I asked wen he'll reply. he said he'll tell and then immediately he cut the call. How cheat these people are!! I have planned to go for another service provider. Will through this card soon as my credit is over.

worst customer care ever i used to do the 5rs daily 50 mb internet package..for the past two days when i do that i was gettng message like sorry we r unable to proces now,try later..and it was not working later too..and when i cald cust. care,those people were saying some useless fundas like switch off and restart which didnt workout..then they asked me to deactivate first by *555# and al..the big joke is that they even dont know what wil happen in *567# and *555#..so what are they doin over there..customer caring or customer troubling....

Airtel - worst service in terms of service, customer care and documentation Hi,
Documentation:
Regarding documentation, I have submitted my documents comprising of PAN card, Driving License, Govt. of India Identity Proof, Govt of India authorized personnel (Chief Manager as well as Assistant General Manager) Attested Declaration letter and proof four times in past two years by running to their AUTHORIZED OUTLETS (service centres) and duely filled up form in my own handwriting. Despite this, for past 15 days I am being harassed by calls and messages stating
"The documents submitted by you while buying your Airtel mobile connection are not valid as per the latest documentation norms laid by the Govt. of India. We request you to kindly submit the fresh documents at the nearest Airtel Centre within the next THREE days".
Further to this, they barred my number as well till the time I didn't confirm that I will be submitting the documents.
Problem: If the aforementioned docs are not valid, what other docs are possible and if these docs are required once again, what happened to the docs I have already submitted?
Solution: Why is Airtel asking me to go to their nearest centre, they must send their executives to my place. this will serve the purpose of verification as well.
Unauthorized Charge Deduction:
Since the month of July/August, I started receiving friendship messages and stotra messages & calls. When I realized about the charges being deducted from my account, I requested for the refund and to stop the service. The service was stopped, but till date I have received no refund.
Problem: If I have never requested for any such service, who authorized Airtel to provide me this facility? I am quite sure, I never press 1 or 2, etc for such kind of offers, rather I use to disconnect such calls in the beginning itself.
Service:
To this what may I say..........I am speechless!!!!!!!!!!!! I made more than 60 calls to Airtel customer care (121) but Alas!! I just lost the money and nothing happened. The CCE can't resolve my issues and every time I request them to connect to their supervisor, I just wait and learn the music. In all I have wasted more than 6 hours trying to reach a supervisor and am still trying. The date is 21st October, 2010 and 22nd October, 2010.
Customer Care:
My God!! Horrible collection of Customer Care Executives...........No Sense, No Intelligence, No Manners, No Thoughts, Rude, Adamant..........and a long list. The best example is this guy named Arnab and for rude behaviour A long list is there.......Finally when u speak rough, ur connection is hung............

Airtel - Worst Customer care support I am a postpaid customer to Airtel right from 3 years. Yesterday I activated 3G services on my mobile. I have taken flexi shield 675 Rs plan. It stopped working today. Right from morning I have called more than 20 to 30 times. No one is giving me the proper reason. All dumb people.people sitting at 12118, 12138 are of no use to customers. I need this issue to be resolved. If not I am going to disconnect my Air tel services
