    MY EXPERIENCE :: I hv also the same opinion : The worst Customer Care Service Ever...

    Hi my name is Vibhu
    My mobile num is 9633355403, On 29 sept I contacted Airtel Customer care executive Mr.Arun to complain about Daily pack, I hv activated a daily pack to make airtel to airtel calls 10p per sec on 10.30 PM, and i got a


    message that this service is activated and valid for 24 hours. but next day morning when i called an airtel number it charged normal, After hearing this Mr.Arun said that it was mistake from their side, He offered me a pack


    valid for 1 year i can call airtel numbers at 10p /sec as i am a privileged customer, and he said this will be activated within 48 hours, but even after 3 days it is not activated, so i called customer care again on 3rd October,


    Ms.Sheeja picked uyp the call, after verifying my logs she replied me that she can see that offer forwarding, again she ll forward once again, and she told me to send SMS "ALERT 9633355403 to 121 for a call back, but i


    didn't get any till day. again after 3 days i called again, one guy (who hasn't revealed his name) i explained every thing to him, suddenly he disconnected the call, and he blocked customer care calls from my number, after


    that till now when i press the button to talk to customer care i m getting a message like for knowing your balance and validity send SMS to 121. Thank you for calling Airtel and call get disconnected. I m really disturbed by


    this behaviour, i again complained from another airtel number that my number is blocked, again i got a reference number in my number Request reference number CU12121008046696 and CBNRA21008046697 dated 8th


    october 2011. AGAIN NO REPLY FROM AIRTEL. Yesterday ie on 16th October 2011 again i complained to a local airtel executive and he complained this to customer care again no reply.... NOW YOU TELL IS IT CALLED


    CUSTOMER CARE??? WHAT SHOULD A CUSTOMER DO??


    Anyway I am not going to drop this issue. Kindly advice me how to take legal action against Airtel I have all the messages and reference numbers with me. kindly advice me, I want the same thing doesnt happen to some


    body else again..

    How can you say that the issue has been resolved?? I m still have the same plan. I want the plan offered by Mr.Arun, without activating that plan how can u say that my concern is solved? Still i cant connect to Customer care through 121 or 198. Today i got a message from AL-Service saying "with referene to your complain we wish to inform you that its an automated process whill will get rectified automatically.. "
    I simply dnt understand anything, and my calls are still charging as before....
