I did not use my mobile No 9779545808 for the last 2 months due to certain reasons. The SIM has been made INACTIVE by the Airtel authorities without informing and all the credit has been forfeited. The SIM was prepaid. No action from Airtel customer care is forthcoming. How to get the number reactivated
