Sub: Refund of Caller Tune Charges
I have taken referred mobile no. of Reliance ADA in the nov. 2009 and I have applied for normal connection.
I have never called the company for the activation of caller tune and nor sent any SMS for activation of caller tune but the company itself activated the caller tune services and charged Rs. 30/- for that.
After got this message that company has debited for caller tune which I have never applied, I have sent SMS to deactivate the caller tune facility but I have not received any confirmation.
On 27 nov 2009 the company has been debited the caller tune charges Rs. 30/- to my account. Then I had contacted the customer care of Relaince ADA on 27th nov. 2009 regarding this issue, than Mr. ishu , the customer care executive has told me that the caller tune has been activated on the request of customer. I ask him to provide the details for activation of caller tune either you have received a call from customer or you have received the SMS but he has said that I have no details for previous records. Please provide me the details which you received from me for activation of caller tune.

i told him to plz make a request for refund my money otherwise i will go to consumer court and file a case for mental harrasment and fraud.

he reply and use the words " we dont care whether you go to consumer court or supreme court the money will not be refunded".

plz help me i have already faced such problems 2 times before when they deducted the money for services like mirch masala etc. without my activation .
