Am Sonia, Buy a two simcard from an Idea Showroom, with same proof on same date, same time. Now one of the number was blocked without any informations, (9092601604) i found that the number was blocked after 2 to 3 days. I approched nearby customer care service centre, they requested to resubmit the proof. So i resubmit the proof on 21-11-09, (Nungambakam service centre) they said within 48 hrs its cleared. Am waiting and found it was cleared and approached T.nagar service centre and they also asked to resubmit the proof, here also i resubmit the proof and waiting, also called the customer care for several times, the customer care number is 12345. Still no response they say the same answer it'll be cleared soon.

but the same has not been rectified till now. I am contemplating legal action against idea for loss of privacy and hardship caused due to same.

Please help me out in this matter
