hi. my name is mohammad kirmani. i am using reliance GSM and my parents are using reliance cdma. reliance has deducted 30 rupees from my main balance saying that i have activated lovetips pack. but i didnt activated any of such service. and next day they have deducted another 30 rupees from my dad reliance cdma mobile saying that he has activated caller tune service but when i called to my dad mobile there was no song and only bell was ringing. when i complaint to them they are giving lame excuses that may be there are some technical problem so that we are unable to hear any song. and they did same with my mom mobile she also use reliance cdma phone. reliance deducting 30 rupees from each of its customer and when we are asking them the reason they are giving lame excuses. they are not even returning the amount. please help me. what can i do and what action can i take? my number is 9533477945, and my dad number is 9346297224.
