    Default reliance gsm service

    i m using reliance gsm and whenever i call in customer service no one is replying only telling stay in line and another problem is that messages not going.

    Default Service has been disconnected without my knowledge

    Dear Concern,

    I am using Reliance GSM service, without my knowledge the services has been deactivated by reliance people.

    When I informed the same to reliance customer care, were they have replied that they already sent an sms to me and disconnected my services.

    But I have not received any sms or call from customer care. I want to lodge a complaint against this, when I am trying to customer care they are not responding to my calls.
