Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Amed Kumar.I am facing some problem with the Reliance SMS service. The company is deducting Rs. 5.00 daily for the Cricket alert pack for which i didn't ask to do.I have talked to the customer care executives naming Rajbir, Mukta, Minakshi. instead of solving my problem they all are giving same reason that i had asked for this service. But i have told them several times that i didn't ask for this service and they are continously deducting Rs. 5.00 from my prepaid account.They asked me to send a SMS to unsubscribe and i did the same. I got the message from Reliance company that they have unsubscribe the service but still they are deducting the money from my account. I have got the all the SMS received from them of unsubscription.

Kindly sort out this matter as i am suffering a lot due to the unhelpful behavior of reliance company.

Hi Amed,

Even i am facing the same. Reliance is making money this way only, whenever i call customer care they speak that by anyhow your money will not be returned.

Reliance is number 1 Fraud company.

Cricket pack has been activated on my mobile without subscription. Twice I complained, it sent me SMS that it has been deactivated and then again continued to deduct Rs.5 per day and send me unsolicited cricket messages. This is a deliberate scam by Mr. Anil Ambani's Reliance Company

They are daily deducting 5/- from my account.i have made 10 complaint and customer care has given me 10 complain id,i have also sent them email,every time they say that cricket day pack is running and every time i get sms that it has been unsubscribed ,but they still keep on deducting rs 5/- from my account.they are a big cheat,they are making money from this fraud,pls dont use reliance mobile it is very bad company nor its service is good and moreover they cheat their own customers and befool them.....

i have a reliance gsm sim.Each day rs.5 is cut from my account .I called up reliance customer care many times and each time they tell me that i have subscribed to a cricket pack but i never did.They also tell me different ways each time to unsubscribe but when i call to that number nothing happens instead i m told that i have never subscribed to that pack. but each day rs.5 still continues to be cut from my account.this company is a very big fraud. consumer court please help me.

wen i called customer care they said me that u will be charged Rs.1 for 3 minutes while talking to them, but after the talk i saw that i was charged Rs.1 for every minute
they are misusing thier services
they makes money in that way only

The same problem with me. Reliance daily deduct money from my account no since more than 1 month. would like to request to reliance authority, do not harass the customers in this way as it is not suitable to a large a group of industry of India like Reliance.

I Have problem with my reliance pripaid connection.
my friends are sending me sms but they didnt get delivery report in my friends delivery box all msg are showing failed or pending .ithe phone have full renge
