Complaint againt reliance post paid Connection

I purchased two Post Paid Connections from Reliance Communicatin Office Nerul(west) Navi Mumbai With Sim No 8991151640000625758 As Mobile No +918080150685 and Sim No 8991151640000627002 as Mobile No +918080080682 around 10 days back by giving cash of Rs 700/- as deposit amount and connection charges, But still both the numbers are not Activated.
I visited Nerul office many times and they People told me reason " Verification not Done " at my give address of Andheri East. Then I gave another address of Kamothe Navi Mumbai On 14/11/09. Still my numbers are not activated. also Temporary numbers were alloted to me not the no for which I applied.

you can get the details of my complaint registered in reliance data base with Req no 112661620 ticket no 3747100 for Mobile no 9022779522
and
req no 112662048 Ticket no 3747109 for mobile no 9022778364
which was sent by an executive of Reliance Communication Vighnahar Infotech B-9 Amrita Sadan Sec 22 Nerul West Navi Mumbai 400706 his name is Vipul Bansal Cont no 9321067677.
More than 15 times I visited over there but they are not able to help me.
Kindly let me know the ststus of my complaint ASAP.

I had a reliance postpaid no which i canceled some 2 months back since i was getting unnecessarily high bills and was being charged for some arbitrary services that i dint even use.
After that i went to the web world, submitted a cancellation form and completed the formalities after...

dear sir/madam

i am monis raza residence of west vinod nagar delhi -92, i have a prepaid connection of reliance cdma.i apply to change my connection prepaid to postpaid. reliance company give a cash receipt but it can not activated my connection into postpaid.before 10 days i give Rs 300 to company employ to change my connection,he give me cash receipt ,but he can not activated my no into postpaid.if you can solve my problem i will very thankful to you

Hi,

I have reliance postpaid no.(9999452800), using since 15-20 days. From yesterday when i am trying to call anyone , message is coming like "Number Barred" . i am able to even customer care of reliance using this no. . When i called Reliance customer care using vodafone no. , then they told me that right now they can't halp me out , i should call them after some time. Afterwards also i keep on calling but the same response. Without any reason , or any prior ultimatum Reliance can't do like this . No one at customer care is there so solve the problem. I have used vodafone, Airtel etc. , but never have got any such kind of problem. Only reliance is who promises big ,but reality is very far .

dear sir/madam

I kalyani kumari were submitted my all the regarding document to your camac street branch for change my connection from post paid to prepaid on 21 sep. 2011.
On 11 oct I complaint to consumer court that it is not done.
On 11 oct my ph. is suspended.
TOday is 17. oct till date it is not converted from post paid to prepaid.
I came to know from your other reliyance branch that it will take only two days for convert from postpaid to prepaid.
But my coneection take 28 days.

I am a share subbroker and how is ph. important to me you can understand and how my bussines is hamper due to your negligence .
Who will take the loss for it. answer me

I mohd saleem noor i were submitted complaint against high bill or wrong plan activated , regarding to your SRI PADMAVATHI ENTERPRISES SEC 94. Or reliance web world sah Ali banda hyd branch for change my connection frompostpaid to prepaid. On 13 Oct2011 .
On 18 Oct my phone is suspended.
Today is 18 Oct till date it is not converted from postpaid to prepaid .
I can to know from your other reliance branch bt there is no response on my complaint .
Who is responsible for my loss answer me
