    Default Number is Converted Post Paid to Prepaid 9315207744

    Dear Sir,
    My name is Gourav Bansal & my Reliance number 9315207744. My number is regular running in post paid in last 23 month. I want converted to this number on Pre Paid. I am give to first request of this number Post Paid to pre-paid apply for date is 24-09-2011 at customer care. I am clear total outstanding amount 540/- with advance rental 27-09-2011 at Panchkula sec-11. He give me request no. 162594298. But no response. My number is not convert to Pre Paid. My number is suspended at 02-10-2011 . I am contact the Nodal Office at 05-10-2011.He give me new request no.163165868 for my problem, but not Respond. I contact nodal office 11-10-2011 again but he say your bill 404/- is pending. Pls pay 155/- and we are adjust your securities deposit 250/-. I am pay 155/- at 11-10-2011 but no response. I contact yesterday nodal office he say your bill is PENDING also. My number not run at 18-10-2011. I want to please my securities deposit in adjust my total balance bill amount & my number is convert as soon as Pre paid.

    Please note I inform to you all process. If you don’t any response to me soon, I have last way go to CONSUMER COURT.

    Default Reliance Post paid plan purchased with reliance tablet

    Hi,

    I purchased a reliance tablet from Reliance Web world in Gurgaon. I also purchased the 2GB per month internet pack and paid the 1 year rental in advance, amounting to Rs. 6000/-
    (Reliance No. 9015179757)

    It worked for about a week, then the 3g connection was gone. When i called the customer care, I was told that it was a technical fault and would be resolved in a couple of days. Which never happened. I wrote several emails to customer care, and was asked to visit a Webworld.

    On visiting a Reliance Webworld, I was told that the number had been terminated due incomplete verification. I requested them to re-verify my address, however no one came.

    Again on visiting the Webworld I was told that the number had now been permanently terminated and I need to get a new number. BUT, i was told that i need to pay Rs. 6,000 again to get the internet pack activated. The earlier amount paid by me can not be adjusted by them/ refunded by them to me.

    Further, now they are telling me that its the fault of the Gurgaon Webworld, from where I purchased the tablet as they did not forward my documents for verification. And that I need to go there and sort the matter out with them. The customer care cant help me...

    I want to know how can I get my money back and get this tablet to work.

    I have been repeatedly harassed by the Reliance customer care staff, who are not at all helpful and do not know any thing about the product.

    A prompt response and a solution for my problem would be highly appreciated.

    Despite of repeated reminders not getting the bill and services discontinued. Due to this huge loss of work, self image and mental tension. In past also many e-mails were sent ot customer care but very sorry to state that no action and no satisfactary reply. Rather we were penalised with panelty . We are really very
    much disturb to get such type of treatment being customer of this company.

    in spite of regular reminder i am not getting bill on my email id " mauryakant786@yahoo.co.in, though i have registered this id with your people so many time and at the last day i receive phone calls from your office that bill is not causing unnecessery tention. Now hope u will take some action to resolve problem. Your people are not concen for business. I had askes your customer service to contact me to change my plan to rs.750/ month but of no use.

    I have reliance postpaid no.(8287171144). My contact No. was first barred at 7/12/2011 for a day. Then I have contact Mr umesh kumar yadav (9312110882 on this No.) In charge at R World sector 15 part 2 gurgao. At that time my mobile service is activated again on 8/12/2011. Now on date 27/12/2011 my contact number is barred again. Then i have tried to call customer care no. *222 but unfortunately this service is also barred at my no. Again I have tried to call from my friend's phone. This time call is connected to Mr Deepak from customer care i have asked him why my No. barred? he replayed he dont know why? I have to contact to nearest R World and He is not authorized to help me. Then on 28th dec 2011 I have again tried to Mr umesh Kumar Yadav on this no.(9312110882) but Mr Umesh is replaced by some Mr. Om he asked to contact on his office no. 01243244405. So I make a call to this no.(01243244405) and spoken to some person(i dont know his name). He told me he need to check his system and then he will tell me a solution for this problem. Then I have again called him after 30 mins on same No.(01243244405) but nobody receive the call. They aren't ready to pick the call, I have tried make call more than 20 times but their is no response. At the same evening near 8 pm when I personally visit the R World sector 15 part 2 gurgao they told me there is no person authorized person available at this time to help me and i have to contact back again 11 am next day morning. I also told them that i had spoken to some person on this after noon about my problem but they decline to have any information about it. So i again called on No.(01243244405) at 11 am morning on 29 dec 2011. Now they were telling me to submit my documents again for verification. I have already submitted all necessary documents and completed all formalities at time when i have applied for connection no (8287171144). I have also paid my bill on time

    Angry Reliance Post Paid Bills - extra adding bills

    To Whom so ever it may concern

    I am Ketan Chauhan, Using Reliance Postpaid connection from last, at least four years.
    Mobile No is 9374022331. Bill is attached for your reference.

    I have very serious problem to discuss, you reliance people think we are fool and every month you are fooling us in bills, I don’t understand why the hell we should pay for the service we have not asked, from last almost 6 months every time, some service like mitti ke rang, or some caller tune services are added in my bills, every month I am calling your customer care centre they try to revise the bill and deduct the charges, but I don’t understand why it comes in bill if I have not subscribed it, and why should I west my time to calling you people to deduct this charges.

    This month also I got caller tune service charge Rs. 30/- and downloading charge Rs. 15/- which I haven’t done. We have to call 222 and that is also chargeable. It is really ridicules that complain call is also chargeable. You people do mistakes knowingly to earn from that.

    I got massage for caller tune service last month and immediately I called up 222 and told I haven’t subscribed it and that person assured me that he has removed it, still it is shown in my bill. You can check my Bill for reference that I have call 222 on same day, same time.

    This time I am not going to call you people and I want reply in return along with concern persons name and number. I also want this charges are waved off in written. I also want confirmation that this will not happened again by return mail. I don’t want reply in prescribed formats saying only sorry.

    In failing doing this I will go to consumer court and will file complain against Reliance Service. I also will give this matter to media and this will surely damage the reputation of Reliance.
