Mine is a prepaid number
I got my phone recharged with 200/- Rs on 29-12-2009 on 30-12-2009 Rs180/- got deducted automatically from the Main Balance.
My first obvious reaction was to call the CUSTOMER CARE where after waiting for about 30-45 minutes i could connect to the customer care executive and lodged a complaint regarding the same on 30-12-2009.The complaint no is 116293692 as a result of which i simply got a message that it was resolved and no deduction has been found. I tried to call thecustomer care again but they clearly denied to help.
I then got the e-mail id of the NODAL OFFICER mailed him my grievance but his reply was that he could not provide any help for Prepaid numbers after 15 days ( where is it written that they are not going to solve any discrepancy after 15 days. even if that is the case i had lodged acomplaint immediate next day).
Then, i went to the LOCAL RELIANCE OUTLET,there the representative said i can neither forward your complaint nor ican provide you any help regarding this.
Who is then going to help me tracing this out?
