I am Kaustubh Raut, Mobie No. 9867850820, E-mail address kaustubhraut@ymail.com from Mumbai, Maharashtra. I am having Airtel prepaid connection with No. 9867850820 with government card facilities. Complaint is no matter how much do I refill, these Airtel people always take all the money without notice and permission through different unrequired services. I never told them to activate these services but they still kept on activating these services and deducting my balence. and when I called them, they just replied since you didn't replied our service message we activated these services and by calling any number starting with *, service gets activated. And when asked for reimbursement, they just replied negatively. Complain No. is 112013822007. Name of person is Kirit.

Its really sad to understand that a reputed company like Bharti Airtel is involved in practicing such UN-ETHICAL practices. Rather than wasting their energy in making unsuccessful deals with other telecom companies like MTN, please put little attention to their customer service practices and try to do it with some ethics.

Respected sir, I believe, this is tyrany by Airtel side. There are lots of uneducated customers of Airtel who do not know english or what is happening to their account and balance though these unnoticed services. So please, Mr. Administrator, please look into this matter seriously and take correct actions. This Bully must be stopped or else it will keep on taking advantage of its uneducated customers and will keep on pulling money.

So my request to you is, please solve this problem as soon as possible.
