Reliance CDMA connection from post paid to prepaid

    Angry Reliance CDMA connection from post paid to prepaid

    Hi,

    I am Bhavesh. My wife has post paid connection of reliance CDMA. her number is 9320410054. we have given request for changing post paid connection to prepaid connection on 3rd November & paid all dues pending upto 3rd november. after that we got subsequently calls from reliance for not changing to prepaid but instead change to scheme of 99 which they were giving us for Rs.49 for six months. my wife had denied for two days.
    finally they continued to call us.
    so when they called on 6th nov in afternoon around 12.30 , i spoke to them & told them give us time till evening we'll confirm but u do call us in evening.
    but after that no one called us & plan was changed to 99.
    when we contacted them, they are saying that if we told them we will consider they offer means we are agreeing to their offer & they also said that their agent has written that we have agreed to that plan & they will go by that. when i asked them show me the recording between myself & that agent. they are saying that they do not keep such recording & they will go by whatever their agent has written & they wont change our plan.

    Sir we have tried to convince them in every manner but they are not agreeing to anything. we cant go & fight with them everyday. Hence I request you to please guide us in this.

    Hi,
    I am Amit Chaplot. I have post paid connection of reliance CDMA. My number is 9343913149. I have given request for changing post paid connection to prepaid connection on 8th Nov 2010 & paid all dues pending upto 8th november.
    My request number is 140645600.I have got a message from reliance that your request will be resolved in next 5 days. I called to customer care many times(on 13th, 14th, 15th Nov)they told me u will get a call from concern department as soon as possible but till today(16th Nov) i haven't got any call. I visited to reliance mobile storeon 15th Nov they told me ur request is in solving state, we cant do anything for u untill u got a call from reliance concern department.
    Hence I request you to please guide us in this.

    Angry Security Deposit not received till date

    I had converted my Reliance Post Paid no. to Prepaid 7 months back after clearing my due bills.
    Till date I have NOT received the Rs 500/- security deposit.
    Kindly do the needful in this regards
    My Rel no is 9368586505. Alternate no is 0565-2417118.

    I am Vimal. I have post paid connection of reliance. his number is 9024682442. we have given request for changing post paid connection to prepaid connection. after that we got subsequently calls from reliance for not changing to prepaid but instead change to scheme of 99.

    Default Relaince is harassing for Changing from Postpaid

    HI...

    Im BVVSN Murthy,from Visakhapatnam,Andhra Pradesh.

    I have taken three connections of Relaince Post Paid Connections in the month of Feb 2011.

    1.9393919616 (Mobile)
    2.9392919616(Land Line)
    3.9393925922(Internet datacard)

    Unfortunately i got an opportunity to Middleeast in the month of Sep 2011 and i requested relaince as follows.

    1. To cancel the Datacard Connection(9393925922)
    2. To convert postpaid connection to prepaid connection for the remaining two numbers(9393919616 & 9392919616)

    I paid all the pending dues of my connection and relaince had made my life miserable in following up to get the things done.

    Almost one month relaince harrassed me i roamed around them to get the things done and calling regulalry from out of country,sending so many emails for solving it.

    After that they confirmed that they have changed ,but again after one month gap,started sending monthly bill.

    I dont know why relaince is playing.

    Hence I request you to please guide us in this.
