Default Complaint for deduction from pre-paid mobile service - RIM

I am a pre-paid connection holder of number 9322113060 of RIM. Though i had complained for deduction of Rs.40/-(rupees forty only)frm my a/c on account of "Bhagwas" service(Rs.10/-) and Rs.30/- on account VAS package, which was not at all with my consent. So i request you to kindly arrange to refund above amount of Rs.40/- with immediate effect.

    Thanks & regards

All the mobile operators especially Reliance are thugs. TRAI is hand in glove with them. First TRAI had asked them to get written consent or only by reply SMS to activate such service, But after pressure from mobile companies TRAI has allowed them to Put an IVR system (voice system) where you recieve a recorded call which asks to dial option and if you dial a number the service will be activated , which is in most of the cases done accidentally. Then you are at their mercy and you will not be able to unsubscribe to the services. Even if balance is zero the services will continue and money deducted on next recharge. Even if Balance is zero how can they allow the service to continue, will they do the same for making outgoing calls. No one can do anything.
