    Default Airtel Cheating customers

    This is to help me regarding the ERecharge that I made today.
    Let me explain.
    I just got a message (when the Balance info flashes when we make a call) from Airtel stating that RC505 with RC605 Talktime. And it had been said that the extra amount is valid for only 20 days.
    Upon seeing this I just went in for a RC505 hoping to get Rs605 as talktime and the extra 100Rs to be utilized in 20 days, which I thought is ok.
    But when I recharged the ERecharge message just showed up a talktime of Re.1
    Upon enquiring this I just got the reply that the entire sum of Rs.605 is valid only for a period of 20 days, which is something a great amount for me to spend on calls.
    Please advise as to how I could proceed further and make atleast the 505 Rs available for me till my validity expires.
    Even I tried calling their Customer Care, but in vain. Its never being directed to a support personnel.
    I am totally fed up with the tricks of these guys.
