    We have 10 Airtel connections which are corporate connection. We are making payment of 10 connections by single cheque. From past 3 months accounts allocation is not happening properly. Airtel taken there own choice to credit amount on the no. they want due to this few no. accounts are showing balance payment. These nos are frequently disconnected due to the same problem. No one in the Airtel knows how to resolve this problem. Whom ever we had spoken they are just saying the compliant is register it will be done in 24 hr. but this happening from months till today there is no proper response from Airtel.

    Thanks for your suggestion, I did exactly what you guide me. And my problem is solved now. I have received a call from Airtel and they people were saying sorry for their mistake, so Please close the case.

    Unhappy Airtel Postpaid Payment

    Hi, I had 2 airtel connections atleast 3 years back; i used to make payments with cheques on the accounts,Later I chose to close on both the accounts and paid cheques for the same, Airtel lost one of the cheques and informed me that payment on one number is pending , i informed them that find the cheque or pay me the bank charges to stop payment the cheque, but they never got back to me; Then due to work i had to move out of the city and today after 3 years they have sent me a consumer court notice stating that a fraud case has been registered; please advise as i was ready to pay the amount but they never got back to me for the amount that needs to be paid.

    Default Payment

    I was in prepaid connection when i purchased my my Airtel
    No 9994894813. Later i changed my organization and there I changed my
    prepaid to postpaid and at present the No is under my organization name
    Transafe Services Ltd.,. My Post paid connection is activated on 10th of
    February and my bill date is on 17th feb. I received bill for the amount
    of Rs 420. I paid my bill thr my HDFC BAnk cheque ( MY own account) for Rs
    500 on 14th April 2009 (Cheque No 057899 , Trichy Road , Coimbatore) and
    it has been updated for my No on 16th March 2009 , the amount has been
    debited from my bank on 18th MArch. Later the amount was transferred to
    someother No which i came to know later with the
    reference of a mail received from my company ID. In our company they have provided individual ID for all the employees. If I need any request regarding my plan I use to send mail to 121@airtelindia.com thru my ID. So Airtel has Transferred the transaction. For past 10
    DAys I m asking Airtel officers to forward me the mail which they have
    received. REgarding this nearly I have spoke to 50 Customer CAre Executive
    and The NOdal Officer and the Applete Officer also. But still I didnt get
    the details. Each and every time i use to explain tis problem for the
    person whome i m speaking. I have sent lot of emails to
    121@airtelindia.com. But No use. I hopw I will get immediate response from your side for the solution of my problem.

    Default airtel balance cut from account fraud

    Dear Sir,


    Actually on 4Th May evening(approx 7P.M.) i activated daily mobile office
    and as you know the balance for this detuct at the same time. After that
    at midnight (approx 12:00) i send a message to one of my friend
    no:-9724334385 . Atfer sending the message i got the last call amount on
    my mobile screen and that was Rs.176. So for one message i paid 176rupees.
    Is that message went to moon?
    Because if i send an international message then the charge is i think
    5rupees. After i try to contact with costumer care then they told me that
    after 24Hrs they can tell me about it balance detuction. I talked with the
    floor supervisor Name:- Preeti Bindra and she told me for using the
    mobile office service they detuct that balance. But i already paid for
    that and that is the unlimited plan for one day and i charged 15rupees for
    this. So how it is possible that they also charged me 176rupees. I am
    using airtel from last 8 years and this is the second time i am facing
    such kind of problem.So please look into the matter and try to resolve
    this problem.My request Reference is 0505065589.And my complained number
    is :- 2522300 and CBDCC3050610008100. But still now i am not getting any
    solution. Today i call them but again they are saying i have to wait for
    24Hrs. Please Provide me the right solution

    Default Airtel post paid connection

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using Airtel post paid connection from Feb 2009. For last two months I
    have not got the Bill from Airtel. Mob No: 9845256292

    But I paid the Bill for the March and I have logged compliant in Airtel to
    get the Bill for April month. They told that they will give the bill before
    12th May and asked me to pay the bill after that.

    But in the event they have barred my out going call and not even informed me
    for that. If I check now they told that without payment they can't activate
    the outgpoing call even though they can't provide the bill till 12th May.

    I requested to several time to customer care to activate outgoing call and I
    promised them that once I get the bill, I will pay the out standing.

    Default Air tel outgoing barred with there own problems

    Hi,

    My outgoing calls are barred from last Friday due to enrolment form not submitted, but I already given to the sales executive all the document, based on that they did my address verification and signature verification.
    I’m contacting that sales executive but he is blaming on air tel back end department ….
    Air tel customer care dept. pointing on him….
    Ultimately I’m suffering ……

    Default Airtel Problem

    I am airtel pre-paid customer. last 3 months Airtel continuous deduct Rs 15 twice in month.
    They send me sms on this number 64611015 and the msg was " thanks for using ( fusion lounge, multicontent pack) subscription service on airtel WAP. you hav been charged rs.15."

    But i am not using any service of Airtel WAP. While i call customer care they are not given me solution.
    and they block my customer care call for next 4 days. this happed 3 times with me

    Default National Do Not Call Registry

    Respected Sir,
    I registered my number in the National Do Not Call Registry on
    13/11/2008 and my reference number for registration is S1008286248.
    But even now I am getting many number of unwanted calls and messages
    from the network many times a day making me feel so disturbed.
    And also I complained about this to Airtel customer care but there was
    no progress in solving this problem.
    And since 3 or 4 weeks the Airtel customer care number even is not
    reachable from my mobile.
    I request you to kindly consider my plea and guide me to get rid of
    this problem as soon as possible.
    My mobile number is 9959336868 and I am a resident of Andhra Pradesh.

    Unhappy Airtel Barred Outgoing Services due to fault from there side.

    Hi,

    My airtel outgoing services are barred from 9th July. I had paid all the bills on time. When I contacted customer care, they said the systems are down till from 8th July to 17th July. There are so vague responses given by all the sort of people, Customer Care escalation department, Node officer and executive.

    I have been told by Amit(escalation dept.) on 9th July morning, that my services are stopped because my ECS got rejected which is not my fault. I asked for compensation and immediate start of services on the same day.

    He committed that my services will be started in 24 hrs. and I will be given compensation of Rs. 974 (my last month’s bill).

    In the afternoon, when I contact him again he said that there is some unbilled amount of Rs. 1074 for the month of March and his team had gone into deep and find this out.


    - Theamount is of March. How come Airtel never communicated this to me? I have never received any bill or intimation for this amount.
    - My services are barred without intimating me about any unbilled amount. I have been informed about this after the services are stopped. Is this the procedure which is followed? Why I have never been informed about the same?
    - I asked for the detailed bill of that amount from Amit and also ready to pay the amount on the same day and he committed he will send in few hours and service will start in 24 hours but it did not start neither I got the detailed bill. Why Airtel is giving false commitment everytime?
    - On Friday, I called customer care but agents were unable to solve the problem and they told me that my services will be started after 17 July not before that. Why I should suffer for 10 days of SERVICE BARRED because of a mistake from your side ?
    - I called up node officer on Monday but she told that no access to any details as servers are down. Even if I pay the amount then also my services will not be started.

    I need compensation of for this inconvenience caused by Airtel for stopping my services for 10 days without any of my fault as my business depends on the cell phone.

    please let me know what should be done to solve this issue.

    Default mis-communication

    hi.

    i used airtel post paid connection since 2 months ago. i m living in city area and i don't get network at my home i complained about this to customer care and they registered it. and they replied to me that we build tower in ur area. this sentence i listen before 1 year ago. still they can't build tower in my area? or they try to make fool to their customer.

    another thing is that, by this weak network i face problem during my running call.
    when i talked with my friend at that time suddenly ring was rung and third party pick up the phone so what is this? this the right services or not? they always tell in favour of customer but can't solve our problem.

    Angry misleading imformation

    Sir ,

    This is in regards to the prepaid mobile recharge for Airtel subscribers .I had recharged my mobile with Rs 99.00 Top/up recharge, using my Citibank credit card on Saturday morning 25.07.09 .The citibank portal states that all the denomination are for top up recharge, however that was not true.
    Rs99 recharge went ahead and change my tariff all together . I had a rate plan 50 Ps/ min for all mobile local call and sms at 10ps for rental of 1Re .
    With change in Tariffs i am getting charged 1Re/min for local call and sms @ 99 paise.
    Sir i use this prepaid mobile for sms only , i have been using the number from last 4 years and cannot afford to loose the phone number , also continuing with current tariff is not feasible.
    I have another post paid connection with airtel , that i use for my calling needs.
    I tried calling airtel and citi bank about the same , however none of them are ready to acknowledge the same. I have cross checked information on citi bank portal for details about the tariff, however there seems to be nothing substantial.

    I am looking into a possibility of taking a legal action please help with the possibilities

    Default Airtel nodal officer

    Sir,



    I was an airtel connection user for past 7 years. I never expected such a poor
    services from AIRTEL.

    I bought this connection no 9815658477 in nov 2008. It worked ok for seven months.
    But suddendly it was disconnected in may 2009. As per Airtel office(ELITE
    COMMUNICATION,SCF 56,Phase 3B2,Mohali); I submitted Residence proof(gas connection
    copy) and ID proof(Pan card copy)along with application form.

    Connection got restored but for one month only.

    It again got cut in June 2009(2 days after recharging with Rs 555).



    On reaching to Airtel office(ELITE COMMUNICATION) as per them they had sent the
    papers to Airtel Head office.

    But as per Airtel head office(C-25,Industrial area, Phase 2, SAS nagar,Mohali) they
    havnt received the resident proof papers.

    I am still not confirmed why they have cut the connection.



    Also i am losing 555 Rs balance.



    Kindly provide the solution as early as possible.
