Hello,

I had purchased a Reliance global Sim from your authorized dealer, M/s. Sampark Cellular Connections (022-23704561) before travelling to Europe on dated 4th June'08 . I had paid a fully refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000/= by cheque bearing no. 148789 / Bank of India, favouring "Reliance Webstores".

After returning from tour, I surrenderd the sim card on 7th July' 2008 to Mr. Mahesh of M/s. Sampark Cellular Connection, Mumbai-400009 of which I got the acknowledgemnt from him. I was told that i will get the deposit cheque within a month.But already a year and half have passed and i haven't received my deposit back till date.

Despite many Verbal Communications with Miss Trupti, M/s. Sampark Cellular Connections and Mr. Pritam (9324010960) from Reliance Passport Services customer care, I havent received my Deposit back.

Kindly look into the matter and send me the deposit cheque at your earliest, failing which i would be left with no choice, but to approach the consumer court of India.
