this is complainst against vodafone, my no is 09999782942, i m using the vodafone postpaid service for last of couple of months now i m not interested to continuee this service so i gave request to customer care to migrate my plan post to prepaid on 31st oct, after that i received a call from retention team on 04th nov in which i give the reason why i change my plan, but than after i m not recevied any communication from the company site yet. i called no of times to customer care but they not give me any specific reason.
