I am using BPL Mobile Services since long time. My mobile no is 9870060188.

Some months back, I have decided to switch to Vodafone because of heavy duty bills from BPL. BPL has charged double for usage I made. Now I am very much satisfied with Vodafone Service.

I somehow unintentionally missed the last bill payment of BPL of Rs. 1865/- and for that I have faced a worst treatment of my life from BPL Mobile Company.

Basically BPL Mobile has appointed recovery agencies for payment collection. If you ask BPL about the same (on the cal center number) they will outrightly reject the same but there are agencies who representing BPL mobile and recovering payments.

These recovery agencies have appointed LADIES staff who give absolutely dirty bad words over the phone to me, my family members, my inlaws and friends. Also recovery agencies have used my last mobile bill to find out the contact numbers of my relatives and friends and started calling them for the payment.

I have called BPL Mobile for informing them about such treatment which I have received from their people but BPL Mobile Customer Care Executive has disconnected by call after listening to me for almosty 10 mins.

This clearly indicates that BPL Mobile has appointed unethical agencies to recover payments but they dont want to accept it.

I have already made the payment of my bill and discontinued with BPL Mobile services forever.

I expect consumer court to look into my case not just for supporting me but also for supporting & saving other citizens of our country from such treatment from BPL Mobile.
