    Default Poor services provided by Airtel

    Dear Sir

    This is regarding the poor services provided by Airtel for Mobile number 9810509509. I have been trying to seek the professional services of Airtel at 121 but was not able to reach the customer service executive. Even after trying 5 times a day I was not successful.

    After 2-3 weeks of sending email to 121@airtelindia.com No one bother to inform me anything about why I am unable to reach 121 support. But today I called up Airtel Helpline - 9810012345 from my landline and I got a shock of my life. They said that my 121 support has been Barred due to excessive calling. There is No intimation to me about this No SMS No email nothing at all.

    I still called up Airtel helpline - 9810012345 and told them to register a Complaint for this but they said they cannot take it as the services will be up only by next Billing Cycle. I told them I will go to the Consumer Forum for this they very happily replied they are not worried or bothered by this.

    I seek your help here to file a Complaint in Consumer Forum for the Unprofessional services attitude of Airtel towards its customers. I would certainly tell all my colleagues Family members Friends about this and make sure they also drop the services of Airtel with immediate effect.
