My complaint is against Idea Chit Chat Mobile Service provider

I applied for Idea Chit Chat connection on 2nd August 2009 and submitted
concerned documents ( Xerox of driving license as identity proof and company
concern letter as address proof) as asked by the dealer on 4th August
2009.My services were discontinued on 11th September 2009 without giving
any information. I discussed the issue with customer support and could get
information that my services are discontinued in absence of proper
documents, and in case I need to get my services resumed I have to submit
the documents again. My concern against Idea is as follows:

1. I checked with the dealer ,he has submitted the documents
2. If my documents were not correct, why my services were resumed for
more than a month
3. My services were discontinued without any information
4. I recharged my card twice during this period
5. There is a balance of around Rs. 200 in my account when the services
were discontinued
6. As the number is discontinued my business affiliates were unable to
reach my and I have suffered losses to the tune of Rs. 50000
