I had using the Aircel network
since last three year, now I would like to migrate my connection from post paid
to prepaid to use the new scheme of per second per Pisa from Aircel
Network.

I went to your customer center at Spenser
Plaza, Chennai on 29.10.09 at 2.00 pm. Your customer service office and the
manager (25076726) not gives the good response to my question, they
generally explained, that I wanted to recharge the Rs. 200 for every month to
migrate my connection from post paid to prepaid.
Please note your customer care office says 'send a mail to
corporatecare@aircel.co.in, then what is the purpose they are sitting in the office?


Since I was using your no. last two
years, I have a more contact on this no.,

To hold you’re my mobile no. I
wanted to pay Rs. 200, it is not an acceptable logic, you want to keep
me as a slave in your service.

If any new user you were providing
the general scheme, but I am your regular customer since using your connection
on more than three years. you are not being support to migrate to the new
scheme, it was the poor logic.

Consider my requisition as high
priority and help me to migrate my connection from post paid to pre paid.

scheme under prepaid scheme. Why the Ariel not responds my question. Please
interact with the service provide Aircel and get the good result to me.

Because of the mobile number from
Aircel I wanted to pay every month Rs. 200 for them, it is not an
acceptable though from Aricel, they want to keep me an slave.

Even the Aircel can give the new
scheme for their new user, but I was the customer using their network since

I am syed Mudhasir and my Number s 9841230950.I have been using this number for the past 4 years I Wanted to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid. So i gave a request on March 18. They canceled my incoming and outgoing calls on March 26.i cleared off the bill on March 30th since they said they will start the process once i clear off the bill .And once i am done with that the number will be activated within 48hrs. Guess what still nothing has happened. Whenever i Call them they simply say it will be done the very next day sir. But nothing is being done. Totally fed up . Hence i request you to take necessary actions as soon as possible . If nothing is working out by tomorrow i am planning to cancel this aircel number for sure.

i am neetu singh from jammu i am using aircel active post paid connection No. 9858241913 for the last more than 02 years. Now I want to migrate from this plan to pre paid plan. when I approached your customer care centre at K.C.Plaza, Residency Road Jammu they outrightly rejected to oblige me and asked me to change the operator and misbehaved with me. Now I request you to kindly change my active post paid ploan to pre paid plan or I may have to approach the TRAI or consumer court in this regard. I am ready to provide all the formalities required for the same.
