complaint against vodafone sir,
i am abhishek chawla my mobile number was 9988898100 registered with my name i am a resident of 986/2 deep nagar , civil lines , ludhiana -141001 my alternate mobile no. is 9501080001. till june 13 ,2009 i was using my above no. 9988898100. on june 12 ,2009 i had deposited my no. in the safe custody with vodafone by paying rs. 100 for 3 months which expires on 13 sept, 2009. when on 14 sept i gone to vodafone store to re-activate my no. they said that they have issued that no. to some one else the same day. and it cant be taken back i want to take my no. back or want some compensation can i. ??????? please help me regarding this issue i will be very thankfull to you. my email address is chawla8100@gmail.com

as you have gone a day late, chances of compensation are less . but only upon reading the terms and conditions properly the exact postiion can be found out

unbale to deactivate missed call information service & MAHASMS service ( 10 paisa per Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Bindu my mobile number is 9888522978 registered with my name i am a resident of 1166 sector 4 Panchkula my alternate mobile no. is 9888999644 i am unable to deactivate missed call information & MAHASMS service ( 10 paisa per sms) on my number i have sent CAN MCI to 144 & got a msg Hello! you have entered the wrong keyword. please enter the desired keyword & SMS to 144. same in case of MAHASMS service i have sent DMAHASMS to 144 & DCTMAHASMS1 again to 144 & got same sms from vodafone . i have called so many times to vodafone care & they jst gave me complaint / ref. no. 2132940506.i am totaly feedup with your service kindly do the needfull ASAP.

Extra services widrawal Dear sir,
You are requested to widraw the extra services e.g. BSRS 30 from 144. My no is 9988104577 at ludhiana.I am unable to deactivate this service.
In future alsso I don't want any sms of any special scheme which gets automatically activated otherwise I will be forced to knock consumer court.waiting for your immediate response

Activated schemes by vodaphone. Dear sir,

Non functional sims hi there. i am an army officer and visit chandigarh/panchkula on leave as this is my hometown and my parents are residing here. i have 2 nos of vodafone which i have been using for the past 6 years of and on , whenever i come on leave. the nos in question are --- 09888529493 and 09888273272. i have put these nos in my phone now as i have been posted to this place however the first no displays " INVALID SIM " and the second is displaying " EMERGENCY ". there is a substantial balance in the first no, ie Rs 2000/- and seond one has Rs 200/-. could you please activate these nos. Thanking you in anticipation.

not follow the rules and regulation about the DND service. I m DISHANT VERMA. MY MOBILE NO. IS 9988999654. my complaint is aginst the DND service.
after activating the dnd service many calls are coming on my number. i daily going in roaming instead of personal calls vodafones calls are coming more much and messages. i m suffering mentally abt this service. i have submitted this complaint many times in customer care but no result is come. now i want to help u . otherwise another way is consumer forum.
